Brilliant experience from beginning to end. Linda listened to our requests (I have a spinal problem) we went on the bed analyser, such fun and it gave suggestions for the type of mattress we needed. We were on and off so many then we tried the Evesham, perfect! Bed frame next we chose a Sutton ottoman king size. Surprisingly quick delivery and Gary and James built the frame and put the bed together, no fuss , no mess. They took our old bed and mattress away, absolutely exceptional service all round. Mike at Dreams Eastleigh was extremely helpful and informative - was not harassed or pressurised in any way on my initial visit and enquiries. On my return to purchase a bed all help was given - and a nice coffee too!! Every thing went smooth and when my old bed was collected and the new installed the two you gentleman who came were so polite, helpful, and they are an asset to Dreams Company.

Bed is great and the lads were quick and experienced.
But a pair of expensive glasses went missing from the room and they were categorically there in the room in the morning as I personally cleared the room ready for the new bed.

Tempur mattress absolutely heaven!! I purchased Tempur pillows which are a perfect match.
I had the experience of testing the correct mattress to my requirement on DREAMS testing Tempur machine which was ideal. It monitored the weight and pressure points my body conveyed.

Before writing on here I wrote to Dreams for some assistance so that i could write a positive review. They responded promptly but didn't help with my queries.
Firstly the mattress is suppose to be a cool mattress - i found that in the recent heat, the special cool cover was noticeably warm to the touch, even before I entered the bed - my normal mattress doesn't get warm in this way. I noticed too in the morning, the part of the mattress where
I lay remained warm for quite some time after I'd vacated the bed. All quite surprising given it is a cool mattress.
I was also sold a mattress protector, quite expensive for what feels like, a thin piece of synthetic fibre. I found that this made the cotton sheet on top slip and slide around, so much, that both sheet and protector had come adrift by the time I woke.
I sought clarification and was told i could get a replacement mattress protector - I don't want more of the same. I was told too to go to a showroom and choose another mattress - all fairly standard policy comments. I doubt there is another mattress as expensive as the one I bought and Dreams will not refund the monetary difference, instead offering you vouchers!!!
I thought i might have been given some helpful tips but Dreams' rep's last words were ' you are using the protector wrongly'. I asked for explanation but got none.
I am now considering my options as apparently i have 100 days to do this from delivery date. Rather sorry Im in this position and with such poor after care.
