Lovely comfy bed

Ex service in the shop . Very pleased eith product. Not had one bad nights sleep since purchase.

When we were in the store, Yvonne served us. She was extremely professional but still had time be respectful at all times. She is an asset to your company. She informed us when to expect delivery and how it is done.
When the delivery came the two men were very good at what they do.

Disappointed that the bed I liked on the website wasn't available in the size I wanted. I didn't realise that the bed I bought was not suitable for my preferred flat sheets and blankets, as it is not possible to tuck bedding in. The mattress is comfortable and supportive but far too heavy for me to turn. The salesman was helpful and patient.

From the moment we walked through the door of the Swansea branch, the service was impeccable. The Sales Person Yvonne was very good. Infact, excellent at her job. She was professional, cheerful, friendly, soft spoken and very knowledgeable about the products. She helped us understand the measurements of the mattress and bed so we can check when we get back home. We tried the Dreams sleepmatch machine where we laid down to check what is best for us. That machine was good. It made it easier for us to choose from the recommendations. We tried the all recommended mattress. Yvonne was patient and made sure we checked all we needed. We got pillows that was as good as the mattress and mattress cover too. Yvonne offered us a drink and served it to us. It was an amazing experience. I was once a customer service representative, so I know a good one when I see one. Overall, the service was 100% fantastic and the products are amazingly good. Thanks for making it easy for us to get a great choice.

Went into dreams looking for a new mattress, Ian helped me out and was very kind, helpful and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Big respect for Ian for being a model employee

From my initial order of a new mattress to the actual delivery, my experiences were excellent. The delivery man was friendly and placed the mattress in the room specified. The mattress itself is very good, a little firm, but I like that!

Friendly, helpful staff with a solid understanding of how to select the best bed and mattress. We liked their non-pushy approach with a great balance of information and time to think. There was a great selection of bed styles and mattresses competitively priced.
