I bought beds from the Westwood Cross , Thanet branch some years ago and the staff were amazing . I went back a few days ago wondering if things would be the same . New staff , but just as amazing ! I had pleasure of being helped by Kian . I am the most indecisive decisive person and Kian was fabulous . Patient , friendly , helpful and knowledgeable, helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted . I did go to surrounding local competitors who ranged from rude to useless so don't waste your time . The mattress assessing machine is great , and a mention should also go to Linda who was able to answer some queries on the phone . I've booked the assembly service as this is what I had last time which I highly recommend.

It is a very long time since we have purchased a mattress and did not know what to do, The salesman explained everything to us but did not push us or hurry us to make a decision. He then told us all the things like delivery and removal of our old mattress

Very helpful staff, not pushy at all. Explained everythng clearly to us and allowed us to take our time at ease and hopefilly we've made the correct purchase.
Would come here again when the time comes.

New what I Wanted but was told did not do this mattress but evenly looked on your web site and found what I was telling them was I had picked before going to the store need to be up to date with what yousell

Our mattress was nearly £3000. Huge commitment for us. I am disabled and needed a mattress to support me. Arranged for it to be delivered on Friday 28
August. Today, two days before arranged delivery, got a message to say mattress would now be delivered 29th September. Cannot express how upset this has made me feel. Disgusted with Dreams and whoever this mattress is coming from. Dreams not up front about any of this. Appalling treatment of customers. My husband went up to the store to complain. Nothing they can do about it. Need to contact supplier’s customer services. Dreams are actually a nightmare.

Isaf listened to our needs and showed us several suitable mattreses. He did not push us to any particular mattress but gave an honest view of eacn one. His knowldge and experience was very good and enabled us to chose a suitable product. His customer care was excellent and it was a pleasure being served by him. Thanks Isaf

I was greated on entry and my needs were discussed. I was then led to relevant bed frames. After choosing a bed frame I was led to the mattress assessing machine and laid on it for a perfect support mattress to be found. After reading his results I looked at relevant non sprung memory foam mattresses and chose one . I was very happy with the attitude of your staff. And I am going back tomorrow to purchase some bedside tables that I saw.

Staff friendly and helpful

Rachel and Faz were both incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen to what we needed and helped us find mattresses that were right for us. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us plenty of time to make our own decision without ever being pushy. We felt really comfortable throughout the whole experience and would definitely recommend this store.

Great service. Went on the machine that measured body pressure points and analysed for the right mattress for me. Tried several recommendations and opted for the Silent Night one. Great value and I am really looking forward to it arriving

Delivery was scheduled for 19th August, nearly a month after payment and I received multiple emails from Dreams confirming delivery, even one as late as 0701am on the day of delivery naming the delivery driver who would be bringing my divan, only to get a phone call at 0725 on the same morning saying that the item hadn't even arrived in the depot! I was reassured that my details would be passed onto the correct team for further contact and have heard NOTHING from anyone, the lack of communication has truly been shocking. I have requested callbacks and submitted a request to the customer service team and have not had a single reply. So as it stands they have taken hundreds of pounds and my time away from me for nothing. Would NEVER recommend Dreams to anyone.
