Fantastic support, very knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She offered us drinks, advice and gave us the pros and cons to all leading me to the choice I made. Without her help I would probably not ordered the bed and mattress.

Incredibly helpful staff member who talked us through all the headboards we were considering. We eventually found just what we were looking for with the right colour for our newly decorated bedroom.
The price was acceptable so we have placed the order.

Great staff at dreams showroom nothing to much trouble for the lady who dealt with me name Louise very knowledgeable on all aspects of beds mattresses and delivery was spot on time staff lovely to deal with top Marks many thanks.

Excellent service in store Louise spent a lot of time explaining the ottoman base and mattresses to us making it easy to choose the right ones for us. Delivery was on time and the guys worked swiftly to remove our old bed and mattress and installed the new ones.

Our sales lady called Jacqueline was very good there was no pressure to buy a mattress from them,we were in the shop around a hour trying different mattreses. Chose one came a week later told us when it was coming took it up stairs and took the old one away which was very heavy.

The sales person explained all aspects of the mattresses and then left us to try and decide which one would be the most suitable for me. He was friendly and very helpful.

Had 2 sets of deliveries within 2 weeks I cannot remember the first set of men’s names however the second set were ash and Alex both sets were very helpful and trustworthy. The beds were built to a high standard and they showed us how to work them. Very polite and professional would definitely recommend them

Great experience .. we had a guy called MAC from Coventry branch who helped us with everything we needed .. he went out of his way to ensure we chose the right mattress. He explained everything clearly and so we understood.. truly amazing experience and we live the mattress. Would Recommend anyone to go there. Speak to MAC.

Hi, This review has been a long time coming but I'm just back down from the clouds, after having purchased the Lucia single bed in dark brown faux leather on 17/4/26, and I'm so glad I did. What a bed, absolutely gorgeous makes the room look and feel cosy, ticks all the right boxes.

From the initial visit to the store, up until the bed was delivered, I can honestly say the customer service was first class and that's with me being indecisive (there's so much choice.) The Dreams staff at the Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry are a perfect example of excellent customer service. There’s flexibility and professionalism, definitely smooth operators. I can't thank you all enough.

The Delivery service was excellent and professional. Jamie and David were brilliant. Before I knew it my bed was assembled, and I agree from the many reviews I've read, it really does look more expensive than it is. I am very pleased with my purchase, I highly recommend this bed.

We have recently had great service from Dreams.
The assistant was very knowledgeable regarding the products. She advised us on what was available. She was very approachable and friendly. The shop had a pleasant atmospheres and was clean and tidy.
The delivery teams were friendly and helpful. Communication regarding delivery was good and there were no delays.
It has been a very pleasant experience shopping at Dreams.

Robert the sales person was bubbly, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, polite, offered us drinks, (hot and cold) measured me up on their mattress sleep simulator, offered excellent mattresses to suit! Not pushy, just extremely helpful! Nothing was too much trouble! A pleasure to deal with and I bought a mattress! 5 Stars is not enough! Thank you Robert!
