I will serve by Conner in Macclesfield, he was very polite and courteous I went on the dream bed machine to confirm what sort of mattress I needed I will shown seven different mattresses and lay on each one. I eventually chose the one I wanted with the bed frame of which I was very happy with. Highly recommend.

The sleep match was excellent in telling what sort of mattress I needed. Rich was very good in explaining what happened when I lay on it, as I had never been on it before. He came back, when it had finished and went through its suggestions. So tried out what was recommended and one that Rich suggested was similar. I tried them all a few times, picking out two I liked best. Then I told Rich I had to think about it and I'd be back. The very next day I was back. I ordered the one I wanted. Thank you Rich, you didn't rush me, you were very good at explaining everything. Excellent customer service.

We were informed by the delivery drivers what time they would be here and they were on time. We moved our cars so they could unload our bed easier. They removed our old bed and mattress with minimal disturbance and erected our new bed they explained how things worked the ottoman side and gave good advice on the mattress. Steve and Corey were very friendly and professional.
