5 star experience from start to finish and I got exactly what I wanted , a completely natural bed that is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. All the staff were attentive and knowledgeable and the delivery men were brilliant also .

Our new mattress is great, the only negative is more handles are required on the ends of the mattress, to aid when turning it.

Great bed. Quality Control could be better.
The quality of the bed and mattress are excellent but I felt quality control could do a little better. After speaking to customer services who were willing to replace the affected part, we came to a mutual resolution. All good now.

I took my cousin bed shopping
I took my cousin bed shopping. He has mobility problems and is a big lad! The. Manager at Biggleswade was brilliant spent time discussing what was best and the advantage each bed had. He is super happy to have gone from a single to double bed. So he does not get up creaky in the morning!!
