Mattress purchase at Dreams in Carmarthen
helpful staff, a comfortable mattress machine evaluated my need, plenty of choices of mattresses in diffferent price ranges, I particularly appreciate the 100 day guarantee. Mattress insurance was a bit of a joke, you get a free waterproof mattress cover with it, which makes it impossible for you to spill anything onto the mattress anyway, Waterproof mattress is needed though for the 100 day guarantee.

Good service in store and for the delivery process
Service in store was welcoming and not pushy. We were given as much time as we wanted to try out and select a mattress.
The delivery process was equally good; kept informed on delivery slot, what to expect, etc. Earlier slot offered when it became available. Delivery staff careful and helpful, (e.g. wore shoe covers to keep floors clean).

The quality is second to none
The quality is second to none. What a night we both get now. we sleep so sound it 's really hard to get out of bed in the morning. It's the most comfortable bed we have ever had.
