Dreams - Worcester Reviews 

Today we came to Dreams in Worcester and Nicole was really helpful. She helped us to use the sleep match machine to find out which mattresses were compatible for us. She also gave us some pillows to try out each bed.
She helped us to find the perfect bed for us would 100% recommend coming to dreams in Worcester.

Eloisa was very helpful, and did not try to push expensive mattresses on me. She helped me choose the right mattress for me, and was very helpful when I bought my elderly dad back later in the day.

A little frustrated at the costs of all the 'added extras' such as charging to deliver, then more to deliver to a specific room, hence i have taken the mark off for what I consider a poor Dreams tactic.

Jamie was amazing , he took the time to help my elderly mum choose a bed and which mattress would suit her needs as she has shoulder and hip issues 5 stars for Jamie

Jamie Store Manager Worcester has been marvellous. He showed us Sleepmatch, explained everything at length. Highly recommend a visit. No pressure to purchase, very relaxed.

Been into Worcester store ,Jamie was great friendly offered great service with a coffee and a sleep match test which is brilliant, 45mins later order sorted with delivery confirmation great job 😊

I visited Dreams Worcester to purchase a mattress with urgency as I needed to move to a new location in difficult circumstances. I would not go to Dreams again myself because what was promised to me by the sales person in the store hasn't been delivered. The sales person was helpful, explained things to me e.g. order and delivery details and it was fine on the day. I was advised that I could pay off my balance anytime before the delivery date (4th July) so I anticipated paying this balance on Monday 29th June. I have had a demanding call today to chase payment and been advised I HAVE to pay today and if I don't the mattress will have to be delivered on the 8th July leaving me with nothing. Due to my circumstances and awaiting my salary payment, I had hoped Dreams would be kind and accept payment on Monday 29th given I had not been told this in store (this is still 5 days pre delivery!). They will not budge on this and accept they made an error on the day in respect of information given and I now have to quickly find the balance to pay today. I am so disappointed to say the least that following an error made by them, they will not make it right and therefore I will in future vote with my feet and not purchase from Dreams. What has happened to "customer service"!

The next day - After leaving this review, I have had a call from the Senior Customer First Specialist who listened to my feedback as per the review and understood the situation. Whilst the experience itself was not great, I appreciate the prompt follow up and promise that this will be constructively communicated to the store to ensure process is followed for future customers. Thank you

Excellent mattress. Great care taken by the staff member in selecting the correct type of mattress. All communication was very good and correct. Delivery stalk were superb with nothing too much trouble.
