Dreadful waste of time. Ordered a pair of Levi’s jeans from Lovell Sports, same as I have previously bought from Levi’s. The jeans received bear no resemblance to the size ordered, being many inches too large in the waist and not anywhere close to the correct length. The label inside the jeans doesn’t match that on the outside. Goods are not as described/ reasonably expected from the description . I need to return and hope Lovell Sports will do as they should and cover all postage costs. Not heard back from customer services yet.

The package was 3 weeks late and the wrong size and Lovell Sports both has been ignoring my emails and the dispatch was not in the email. It is impossibile to figure out how to return these and I want a full refund. I will just have to keep emailing them and leaving reviews until I am heard I guess.

Lovell sports avoid!
Ordered a pair of trainers and paid for next day delivery, a week later and counting still not received items they are impossible to contact. The phone numbers you find are dead, and no response from the emails I've sent and query forms that are on the website. Non existence customer service and I believe the next day delivery service for £9.99 is a scam, they simply can't deliver item's next day and they know this!

Illogical and unreasonable customer service
We spent a fair amount of money on a wall mounted basketball hoop for my son. After spending many hours mounting the hoop, sadly it broke in less than six months as the metal hadn’t been soldered on properly. Now the vibrations we hear every time a ball is thrown hurts my ears… having sent clear photos of the problem and asking for a replacement of the broken hoop, their customer service has been non-existent and a case of “computer says no”. They are asking us to carefully package up the whole thing (in what I have no idea as the original packaging is long gone), for me to stay in when a courier comes to collect it (I can’t leave it on the doorstep so am going to have to hang around for hours), so they can inspect it before they consider sending a replacement. When I pointed out that this will require us to hire a tall ladder another TWO times (once to remove the broken one and once to put up the replacement when they finally send it), and asked for the replacement to be sent at the same time the broken one is collected, the answer is just no… so as well as the inconvenience of having installed a faulty product in the first place, they are now wanting to put me to yet more inconvenience. Please don’t buy from here - when I’ve bought from other outlets, if a product can be shown to be faulty they will replace it (it’s not exactly easy to return a wall mounted basketball hoop!). I’m struggling to comprehend how they think this is an acceptable response, and will incur more cost themselves in sending a courier out twice rather than once.

Made a order on Thursday 5th March paid for express delivery and a confirmation email sent to me.
Since then I ve not had anything dispatched and I ve emailed several messages to there no existant customer services with no reply at all.
Absolute joke of a company. Aviod don't spend a penny with them as u will lose your money.
🚫 Update yes it was delivered eventually 7 days after i order using express delivery so it was only right u refunded my delivery charge. I ll never use this company again.

I ordered a pair of trainers which arrived visibly worn and dirty. Absolutely disgusting. If I'd wanted second hand trainers that someone else had already had their sweaty foot inside then I would've gone to Vinted!
“Ada” refused to replace the trainers (despite them showing as in stock) and stated the only option was to return them for a full refund.
I will never use this company again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone reading this review does either.

I purchased netball trainers for my daughters birthday, Evri delivered with totally wrong time frame, as a result parcel was left on my door step and then stolen,
Evri has been great set up and investigation but I need to contact Lovell Sports, for further help, 3 emails, 2 contact forms and no response, so not only am I out of pocket I do not even have the item. I just want a refund as once they check with Evri as had to purchase a different pair of trainers on the weekend.
Very poor indeed.

I ordered a relatively low value item with Lovell Sports with the promise of "unbeatable value". I paid £10 for next day delivery. They employed a random courier called EVRI who has a delivery man working for them who is clearly a petty thief.
They delivered my parcel while I was at work. As I was not at home they attempted to give it to my neighbour (Female). She rejected the parcel as she was not the recipient, however the petty thief employee of EVRI marked the parcel as delivered.
HE SUBSEQUENTLY KEPT THE PARCEL FOR HIMSELF I IMAGINE AS HE'S A PETTY THIEF.
FURTHERMORE LOVELL SPORTS ARE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES PHONE NUMBER NEVER WORKS AND I'VE TRIED TO CALL IT AT VARIOUS DIFFERENT TIMES AND DAYS.
I SENT 5 CONTACT FORMS OVER A PERIOD OF 5 DAYS, AFTER 5 DAYS THEY EVENTUALLY REPLIED WITH A DISMISSIVE EMAIL STATING THAT THE PARCEL HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND THAT I WOULD NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
THE PERSON WHO EMAILED ME WAS CALLED "SOPHIE" WHO IS CLEARLY A LOWLY PERSON BEREFT OF ANY MORALS.

I bought 2 pairs of football boots and they were too narrow for my feet I did the online return form but no reply . I then returned the boots by recorded delivery still no refund does anyone else have any similar stories about this company?

I would never buy from this website again. I ordered a pair of trainers and received the wrong pair. I then let them know and the next day received the same wrong pair in a different size. There is no telephone number to speak to someone and had to email in twice to even get an initial response and that wasn’t even satisfactory. I have now sent in a picture of the x 2 wrong trainers so let’s see what happens but I don’t hold much hope to be honest. Very unprofessional and not reliable.

I am extremely disappointed with Lovell Sports. I placed an order worth nearly £500, and my items are nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service three days ago and still haven’t received any response or update, which is completely unacceptable.
I am sick and tired of the lack of communication and poor customer service from this company. When you spend this amount of money, you expect reliability and at least basic support when something goes wrong.
If I do not hear back very soon, I will have no choice but to take this matter further. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Lovell Sports.

I ordered a Scotland top but was sent a different item, similar to , but not what I ordered .I had bought it for a Christmas gift and as the recipient did not know it was not the item I ordered he removed the tag but did not wear it. I emailed CS on boxing day when I saw it was the wrong item. They were not interested, I have emailed their CS numerous times since but they still refused my request to have the correct item sent as the tag was removed . ( I contacted CAB and they confirmed that the removal of tags does not affect any legal rights to recieve the correct item.) I reminded CS of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 11. that says items must be as described,which it was not.. They then asked for pictures to send to their suppliers. These were sent and I was asked to wait 3-5 days for an update. It is now 17 working days and NOTHING! I wish I has read other reviews , a lot of which show they send out incorrect items regularly. CAB have now advised me to send a recorded letter to the head office which was posted today. In my experience I would suggest AVOIDING this company ****EDIT**** reply received from Lovell sports that their policy is not to accept returns if the tags are removed ,even if the wrong item is sent. This seems to contradict the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 11 . Even more reason to AVOID !

Poor customer service
My item ORDER was delivered three days ago carelessly and the parcel is nowehere to be found. I’ve contacted their customer service team numerous times and have yet to receive a response. This is very frustrating and I can’t raise a chargeback via bank as I’d have to wait 30 days for this.

Do not buy from this supplier - cancelled part of my order so I cancelled the whole order . they still sent the order out . I had to raise a case with PayPal as all the of the contact details on line (email and phone number ) are incorrect! So couldn’t refund . Only after opening a case with PayPal did they respond with returns information. I Sent the items back and still having issues getting refund . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! never had so much trouble before ! If I read the reviews I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place , still chasing refund

No customer service contact number. Replies have taken too long when using their query page. The delivery company delivered my trainers to the wrong address as my house is brick not render. Delivery company was evri and they wanted me to go find my trainers in a village of 100 houses which is not on, for a mistake on their end. Lovellsports need to reply to the query straight away with a call or at least send a acknowledgement which takes seconds rather than the customer feeling like the company does not care.

Extremely poor service from start to finish.
I returned a pair of football boots via Collect+ on 5th January. Tracking clearly shows Lovell received the return on 8th January, yet I have had no refund and no communication whatsoever.
I have chased this multiple times via their customer service email and have been completely ignored. This is unacceptable. Keeping customers money while failing to respond is not how a reputable company should operate.
No communication, no refund, and being forced to constantly chase for something that should be automatic. The entire process has been appalling, and I will not be using Lovell again
