Great customer service Usually receive items within a few days and this time I didn’t, however it was an issue with the delivery company not sports shoes. I found the number easily and spoke with a lovely helpful gent. He raised an issue and followed up with an email, then just over a day later I received another email telling me parcel issue resolved and ready to collect. A further email just checking in before ticket closed. Great service, will continue to shop here. Thank you

I ordered some boots on the 8 November and received an email acknowledging order and payment taken. No issues so far and excited about getting some new boys. Heard nothing else so on the Tuesday 18 November emailed customer service to chase, received email reply on the Friday 23rd November telling me no longer in stock and a refund had at that point not been arranged. Apologised and assured refund with 3-5 working days. Today is day 4, somehow no confidence it will be in my bank anytime soon. Will never use them again and disappointed at the poor customer service.

I skipped my delivery and got a email to say being prepared, when contacted to make sure refunded and skipped as requested, told it was too late. Told to reject the delivery and return but was out when delivered so got the delivery I skipped.

Hi there I ordered these items to arrive on Friday for an event on Saturday 1st July and paid to make sure I had it. My parcel did not arrive until 10.30 am on Saturday so could not use as planned. I would like my postage back please

We shipped the order ontime and paid for next day delivery. Fedex don't guarantee next day delivery but if you could contact us at Planet x we are more than happy to see what we can do for you.
Professional driver and arrived early. There was an issue with lots of traffic at departures so he suggested dropping us at arrivals and going in lift which saved loads of time. Would use again
It was easy to purchase and pay for a track day, however the process for booking the actual purchase is not easy due to lack of communication. I activated my purchase as requested and understood I would get an email for next steps, this was never received. I then messaged via twitter and have had a few messages from you but last one was sent 6 days ago and I have still not had a response.
I am unsure if my flight experience for my father is confirmed and booked in the absence of this.
I booked this on behalf of my 78 year old mother, had I not she would have significantly struggled to redeem it.
Feels like you take the money and make the redemption difficult. Disappointing and unresolved to date.

Whilst we apologise for any inconvenience caused for the delay in dates becoming available, rest assured our team has been chasing regularly for you since the initial redemption request was made on the voucher, and the date availability from our supplier is something that is out of our control.
