Review of Lovell Sports
Placed an order 4 days ago only to receive an email this morning to say my order has been refunded and will take 10 days to be returned to my bank.
No explanation as to why the order has been refunded. I've now had to order via another website and pay next day delivery to get the item in time for back to school.
Terrible service, won't be using lovell sports again.

1 star is too much. Terrible delivery and awful customer service. I left a safe place for the driver (who took no notice and left a calling card). Spoke to customer service via their chat, the replies from the agent made no sense and repeated avoided answering my question.
Their response was for me to collect for their depo, kind of defeats the purpose of paying for delivery.
Yodel need to review their service levels.
