Aviod this company they are terrible. They don't send items. There customer service is non existent.
A discrace of a company. Sent 3 messages to managment and not one reply. Just shows what a terrible company this lot is. Made a order at 2.50pm on Wednesday 4th March. When ordering it said next day delivery if ordering before 6pm so i went ahead with order as it was a last minute birthday present for a family member. However next morning nothing had been dispatched. I contacted there customer service which basically is a AI generated responce. They said they would look into why it wasn't dispatched and would get back to me. I ve had no responce despite sending further messages. So i ve paid for my item and next day delivery but justlook haven't sent my order and now are not responding to my messages. Shambles of a company. I want to know what is going on with my order please. 5 days on and still nothing dispatched and no response from there customer service. Aviod this company they are terrible.

The order number is at the top off this review and has been since i made the review. Obviously cant read properly either lol. Unbelievable also in the title. Honest can u do anything right??? Aviod this company they are a discrace. Can't even see that the order no was attached to this review. Can anyone see that the order number is attached to this review but its the decond time i ve had a reply from these clowns and they keep saying can u provide the order number. This company is unbelievable.

My favourite sunglasses retailer.
I ve used these many times over the last few yeras as i have a bit if a thing for sunglasses.
Ordered a pair on monday 9th of March with next day delivery chosen at checkout. The sunglasses arrived the very next morning. Always come well packed and protected. Excellent service as always.

Made a order on Monday 9th of March at 10pm. I used there next day delivery service and we're dispatched the next day. I received thec items on Wednesday 11th March. The items arrived on perfect condition and were packed really well. Couldn't fault the service.

Aviod this company they don't send items.
Made a order on Thursday 5th March paid for express delivery and a confirmation email sent to me.
Since then I ve not had anything dispatched and I ve emailed several messages to there no existant customer services with no reply at all.
Absolute joke of a company. Aviod don't spend a penny with them as u will lose your money.
🚫 Update yes it was delivered eventually 7 days after i order using express delivery so it was only right u refunded my delivery charge. I ll never use this company again.

Ordered 2 stone Island top on thursday morning 5th March were delivered the very next day on friday 6th of march. Super fast delivery. They arrived in perfectly and were packed brilliantly and even got the stone island hangers with them. Ordered lots of item's with End and always had excellent service.

Ordered a tv on tuesday 3th of March via there website.
Tv was delivered friday 6th March. Super fast delivery and excellent service as always from john lewis. Can't fault them.
