I have order from here before But never again
I ordered some boys underwear and girls briefs
When the order arrived one pair of the briefs was missing I contacted customer services to let them know and they asked if the parcel was damaged I answered know because it wasn’t so because the parcel wasn’t damaged they wouldn’t help I said maybe the briefs
where missed out on packaging but I have not had any response I have sent 6 emails to to date

Don’t buy from these scammers the stuff is terrible and you will have to pay for returns

The coach and the driver where very good the hotel was very poor and not very clean very dated surely it should be ready for a face lift or demolishing

The furniture we bought from them came with a fault the technician came out and remedy it but the same fault came back but surprise this time it due to us. The sofa is rarely sat on
They said they will remedy it again at a charge of £74 per chair never again will I buy from a company that doesn’t give a dam after they have got your money
Don’t buy from sofology you will be sorry

The balm as made the sofa look so much better just wish we had a ordered a darker version our fault not the sellers

My sister was very pleased with her flowers
And the delivery was very fast

I received the item ordered in really good time unfortunately they weren't what my grandson wanted
I called kids cavern help desk and explained my problem not a problem anymore the lady resolved it in seconds and they are on there way back all round excellent customer care I will definitely shop here again
