Paid 9.99 for next day service with…

Item came next day, everything correct. I paid 9.99 for next day delivery with DPD but it turned out to be EVRI. I had almost changed my delivery address to a DPD collection point but luckily I didn’t or it would have caused a lot of confusion. With EVRI the trick is to make your delivery point an EVRI collection point as soon as that email comes through change your delivery address to a collection point and they are actually pretty good but they rarely deliver on a Saturday. All good from Lovell sports and I will order again but they should make it clear it’s an EVRI delivery and not DPD as stated or some people will end up waiting days for their order.

Total scumbags

Total scumbags. The sell numbers en masse to anyone. Their director, most likely in name only, is Chinese, Juliana Chen. Been contacted every days for weeks by some idiots pretending to be from 3 mobile, diesel emissions and some other garbage. They are fraudsters and this company continues to sell them numbers which means they are just as guilty. I have complained to the Garda Anti Bribery and Corruption Unit which you should as well and see if we can get this Chen person charged.

I have been a 3 customer for 10 plus…

I have been a 3 customer for 10 plus years on contract. I am leaving them due to their awful deals on contract. I tried to switch to a PAYG but was told it would not be possible to keep my number, I would have to get a PAC code and use it with another provider. This I did (glad I did, Giff Gaff and Lyca provide much better deals and free EU roaming up to 5gb). Simple to get my final bill? Nope, they can't even do this properly. Had to speak to them several times to get my final bill sent and when it came it was wrong - they tried to charge me an early termination fee even although they told me that I would not be charged if I used my PAC code after 01.06.24. Three use to be a good company with good deals and good customer service (in Scotland if I remember). The customer service now are a bunch of muppets and the deals are disgusting. £36.00 for a SIM only deal? And you want me to sign a 36 month contract? Oh and there is no free EU DATA roaming unless i take additional handsets. Jog on muppets. I now pay less than £10 per month for my current PAYG deal. RIP 3 Mobile, you will be finished in a couple of years playing like this.

UPDATE: 08.06.24. Three mobiel have replied with a chat link - which takes you to exactly the same online chat as I am compaining about. MUPPETS

EVRI again

Ordered on the 27 and I have an email today just now telling me goods dispatched - what a joke. 4 days to even just dispatch an order? Having a laugh? Worse it will be delivered by EVRI which means it’s never going to get here period. The tracking number provided doesn’t even work. I will order of Amazon and it will be here tomorrow. JL are turning into the new House of Fraser and look what happened to them.

We are now on Day 7 and still no sign. The major delay has been JL’s inability to dispatch an order and EVRI delay in collecting the order once JL finally picked and packed it.

Yes it did state delivery within 10 days but I thought this would be the worse case scenario.

Delivery was next day

Delivery was next day - for Friday. Called them on Friday and was lied to by Emily. Told there was a contingency in place and they had people working over the weekend in the call centre. There isn’t. Nothing was delivered. Still at Royal Mail. Disappointed mother who is in hospital. Last time I use these liars. Charge back started. When I called on Friday you deliberately lied to me so you would not have to refund denying me the chance to buy elsewhere. Pigs
