Placed order, it has clearly been lost, which is not their fault, they have responded but unable to resend so have issued a refund.

Oakley frame was great value compared to other vendors & received lens upgrade as original frame colour was unavailable.
Wasn't in a rush, so was happy to wait for delivery.

Ordered two sets of sunglasses, delivered promptly. Returned one set with refund quickly issued without issue. Would use again.

Quick & easy delivery of Otty Pure Hybrid Bamboo & Charcoal Mattress (King Size).

Delivery was at 9am (in the middle of the timeslot given). Easily unrolled and allowed mattress to 'inflate' from it's vacu-pack ready for the night; no issues & no odours from the new mattress.

1 month on the bed is remains as new, comfortable & firm (which is what I was looking for) & unlike sprung pocket bed before, it's also very quiet.

I did a lot of research, feeling slightly sceptical risking a bed-in-a-box, comparing Emma, Simba, others and Otty. The price point compared to "traditional" mattress couldn't be ignored. Went with Otty hybrid due it's extra breathability, slightly firmer than others and also notably less negative reviews. So far we're very happy with our purchase.

First time I've used their website to order, really liked the products, having to return one item.

Purely as I continue to wait for a refund or any acknowledgement to emails I wouldn't purchase direct from them again.

Disappointed, cannot recommend buying direct from them at the moment. Amazon offers same products (also at a more competitive price), this has a more robust returns structure as well, will use that approach next time.
