RECEIVED WORN, DIRTY TRAINERS!

ORDER LOVE33874
This review will be removed if/when you resolve the issue.

I ordered a pair of trainers which arrived visibly worn and dirty. Absolutely disgusting. If I'd wanted second hand trainers that someone else had already had their sweaty foot inside then I would've gone to Vinted!

“Ada” refused to replace the trainers (despite them showing as in stock) and stated the only option was to return them for a full refund.

I will never use this company again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone reading this review does either.

Review of Lex Autolease

LA make it virtually impossible to sell your vehicle to a Third party

Upon agreement they give you the option to sell via Third Party within your lease term or at the end to pay your settlement figure.
HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is the procedure they use to enable you to do so is so flawed that it's verging on criminal!

First - it's extremely difficult to secure a buyer when they find out the vehicle is on finance.
Secondly - When you've actually been lucky enough to agree a sale to a third party, you send Lex the buyers details - LA then send an 'email' with a payment link to potential buyer. This is where you lose your potential buyer.

To note. Webuyanycar won't touch them with a barge pole either - that says a lot!

Nobody in their right mind would pay a substantial amount via a link in an email to a company who they haven't heard of!

Lex are fully aware of this and it enables them to have you tied into their lease payments.

BEWARE - even if you get to the end of your lease and you have your settlement figure, you will Not be able to sell it to a third party!
You're unable to pay the settlement yourself as the vehicle must be sold to third party.

You're left in a situation where you're left leasing an old vehicle at inflated prices or handing back to Lex for them to dispose for you - in other words, send to auction. You as the leaseholder will then have to pay the shortfall in sale price.

In short - DO NOT pay any attention to having the option to sell to a third party. Absolute con artists and should be held accountable with the FCA.

They now have our hands tied & we're having to cancel our new vehicle.

Hats off to them though - they've been clever about it though 'giving you the option to sell via Third party' but then making it impossible via their payment / email system!

FCA have been informed.

Just what I was looking for

Just what I was looking for. After endless searching for a simple platform to upload photos (instead of a pdf) & create a flipbook I found fliphtml5. I've since updated to premium so I can get a few more features included. Well worth it.

Review of Secursus

Very disappointing service.

Very disappointing service.
After 2 positive experiences with Secursus they have lost all of our trust by refusing payment and not adhering to their own Terms & Conditions.

We are now having to take the case to the Financial Ombudsman and relay Secursus T&C's and clarify why our claim is valid.

In short, our delivery failed due to the negligence of the courier. We didn't buy postage with a signature, however this is irrelevant according to their Terms:

8.2. The requirements relating to the shipping methods
The goods or Packages must shipped over to the Recipient against the Recipient's signature. The shipping label must be attached to the Package with full contact details of the Recipient including first name, last name, phone number, full address, zipcode, city, and country. If the Recipient or the sender agrees with the Carrier that the Delivery of the goods or the Package be delivered without signature, to a third party, in his/her (or their) absence, in his/her (or their) mailbox or in any other place, it stops being covered by the Parcel Insurance. If the negligence comes from the Carrier, the Parcel Insurance still applies.

Note. IF THE NEGLIGENCE COMES FROM THE CARRIER, THE PARCEL INSURANCE STILL APPLIES.

Secursus, don't agree that a 24hr tracked delivery that was inevitably delivered to the wrong address after 23 days was negligent.

Absolutely ridiculous and now a complete waste of our time due to the case having to being sent to FOS for a fair review.

Reply from Secursus

Dear Ryan

Your first two claims were paid in full, but your last one was for a shipment we don't cover because it was sent without a signature (you used Royal Mail Tracked 24 No Signature).

First of all, we're sorry that you took down the good reviews you gave us before writing this bad one about a shipment that we can't cover.

As you pointed out, when the signature is required, we do cover the carrier's mistake.
Again, there is no valid coverage if you don’t send your parcel with signature.

Even though this claim is not covered, we have already offered you a commercial gesture.
We also offered to look over our terms and conditions with you.

If you need help, please let us know.

With best wishes,

The Team at Secursus
