9th October order placed for £16:99

9th October order placed for £16:99, confirmed purchase email recieved. Within 30 minutes a second email recieved stating order cancelled and money refunded within 10 days. Now 23rd October 25 and still no refund. Went back onto the site and it appears everyone else was in the same boat. Clearly collecting names, addresses, emails and telephone numbers and possible card details. Speaking to my bank later

Rebecca and supervisor…

Rebecca and her current supervisor in Customer aftercare resolved my VERY LONGSTANDING issue in about 5 minutes. I'm glad to see that Rebecca and her manager saw commonsense prevail. Promote these two individuals and show the others who Ive dealt with how excellent customer care can be acheived. Thank you

Unable to get anyone to acknowledge my account has been cancelled

Started to sign up for free package via O2 priority. Reluctantly put in card details despite invoice saying £0.00 payment. Decided I would not continue so logged out of page only to relieve an email stating my order would be on its way and that I will pay £8.99 month in November.

I have emailed Vicki to cancel. No reply. I have emailed hello@simply cook.com as yet no reply.

ADVICE - AVOID THIS COMPANY

It will be interesting to see if a response is forth coming

It's clear from our side that you emailed us requesting cancellation for the first time 2 hours ago, and have since sent 6 emails in total asking to cancel + a left a 1 star TrustPilot review.

Our customer service is superb, you'll have no problem in getting your issue resolved within a matter of hours.

We are not always able to reply within minutes of the query and the service you are receiving in dealing with your query is first class and extremely speedy, and you will receive exactly the resolution you want within minutes of me replying to your review, personally.

I am honestly not sure how we could have provided you with better service and response to your requests.
