Extremely poor service from start to…

Extremely poor service from start to finish.

I returned a pair of football boots via Collect+ on 5th January. Tracking clearly shows Lovell received the return on 8th January, yet I have had no refund and no communication whatsoever.

I have chased this multiple times via their customer service email and have been completely ignored. This is unacceptable. Keeping customers money while failing to respond is not how a reputable company should operate.

No communication, no refund, and being forced to constantly chase for something that should be automatic. The entire process has been appalling, and I will not be using Lovell again

The advisor Sharon was super helpful and understanding. They really made it straight forward. I was so anxious about discussing my finances but they really helped in making me feel at ease and helping me find a way forward.

Don’t respond to enquiries

I purchased an item which does not look like the photo on the website. When I have went to return it the website now informs me that it would be for a credit note. I would not have purchased this if I was aware of this policy at the time. I have tried to contact the company twice to query this via the contact section on the account login. I contacted on the 24th Aug and again on the 29th and have had no response from the boutique.
Poor service.

Incorrect items after a 9 day wait for next day delivery

I ordered items for going on holiday and purchased next day delivery on the 28th of Dec. I understand New Year/bank holidays and increase demand at this time of year can cause slight delays. However don’t offer NDD if you or your carriers are unable to fulfill. The item that turned up (6th Jan) was the completely wrong order.I’m extremely disappointed with this! Please nobody reply to this message using ‘babe’ or ‘hun’ I don’t need a patronising reply only a speedy refund.
