Extremely poor service from start to finish.
I returned a pair of football boots via Collect+ on 5th January. Tracking clearly shows Lovell received the return on 8th January, yet I have had no refund and no communication whatsoever.
I have chased this multiple times via their customer service email and have been completely ignored. This is unacceptable. Keeping customers money while failing to respond is not how a reputable company should operate.
No communication, no refund, and being forced to constantly chase for something that should be automatic. The entire process has been appalling, and I will not be using Lovell again
