Poor customer service! …

ordered a pair of Adidas Terrex Trainers…. paid for quicker delivery.. Almost a week after they are being ‘packed for shipping’

I’m emailing asking for an update…. Next thing payment returned with no email or explanation etc.
Pretty poor C/S and terrible communication!
Also having to hunt their website for the contact form is a pain!

Update after Lovells reply-
Your member got in touch a week after the review was written and after i had sorted my refund 🫣🤣

BEWARE!! Probably hands down the worst company I…

Probably hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with…..

Sent phone in at a ‘good’ trade in price, over mazuma etc…… that was my first mistake…. I then checked reviews ….. 😟

Was then like a set patter/ textbook series of ping pong emails full of excuses and Low ball / re- evaluation offers…
(£550 initial offer, regraded to £230!! finally paid £460!!)

Paid Royal mail return postage to get my phone back, Phew bullet dodged…. or so i thought! then it starts again! After constantly asking for RM Tracking…. the offer went up £238?! … after accepting and was told it would be paid by 1900hrs that day….
another week of pratting around…

To the point of issuing a Letter Before Action for Non- payment / Theft of Iphone…. Suprise suprise ….. paid that day!

NEVER AGAIN!! Pure Con!!! Beware!!

Dreadful….

Dreadful….. first order online….. nothing received!

had to get onto bank and do a chargeback …. ridiculous ….. days and days to try get sense out of customer service

Reply….. You didn’t ‘process’ any refund….. Chase was asked by me to do a chargeback!

Products good and fairly priced…

Products good and fairly priced…
issue comes when spending almost £100 and the ‘free postage’ disappears only be charged a ‘highland’ surcharge when I live 4/5 hrs away from said highlands….. questioned it and fobbed off!

Delivery charges are automatically calculated based on postcode zones, and sometimes the system flags areas as “highlands” even when they aren’t strictly within that region. Typical chinese rubbish, hiding behind an american domain/ tracking ….. total rubbish and a waste of money!

Also beware they add ‘shipping insurance’ as a matter of fact and then bullish!t saying you added it 😂😂

Started off good….. But

Started off good, Blinds are reasonable price but more importantly do a longer width than most!
BUT that’s where it finished…. quality is ok, certainly not the best. took ages to arrive after chasing and chasing customer service, then broken weights as packed poorly! so back onto customer services… who don’t want to spk to anyone, all directed to be done online!

Oh and the discount codes didn’t work!

Paid over £1200 for a bed frame ordered online, never turned up on day given on Dreams order acknowledgement.... chased to be told there's no such order??? Money taken already, then totally ignored.

dreadful experience

dreadful experience, were chasing them constantly throughout the purchase. money taken/ charged with no reason, had to call and ask why over and over.
now selling find out after 18months they haven't registered the Title with Land registry.... After being charged.... steer well clear!
Makes a hard job lots harder!

great start but as said poor aftercare

had my sleeve op in june with rishi singhal, was made a load of promises saying he'd see me after etc at 3 months and six months ...... up til now i've had 3/4 phone calls from the nurses. nothing else! not even blood test as promised in december.
op was good and recovered well, but dread to think if i'd of had problems!
made comment on FB page and was then foo-fooed as though i had understood all follow up procedure incorrectly!
PLEASE IMPROVE AFTERCARE as this is a main reason i came to you and not Basil Ammorri!

We're very sorry to hear you've been disappointed with our aftercare and you were led to believe you would have further appointments with the surgeon. Our 3 month and 6 month post op appointments are with the nurse and you should have certainly had your blood test done at 6 months. I've spoken with our Patient Care team and they seem to be up to date with blood tests. If that is not the case I'd request you to call in to book your test. It's important that we know if we are not delivering an aftercare service you'd expect from us. You can call us free on 0800 073 1146.

With regards to our Facebook forum I'm sorry if we made you feel like that. Our Facebook forum is a patients' support group and it is not intended to raise any issues with any aspect of our service. We request that if you are unhappy in any way with your care you would contact our Patient Care Manager on 0121 693 4488 who will address your concerns.
