The Spring app is so easy to use. From initially setting it up to paying money in and also setting up a monthly payment. I like the fact that you can see how your interest is accruing on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this savings account to anyone thinking of opening a savings account.

I'm a new customer to EDF and I needed help with regard to payments. I contacted the company via email and had an extremely informative email back. Emma was the person who answered my initial email and kept me up to date with how things were progressing. I couldn't be more pleased with how my query was dealt with. I'm off to a good start with my new energy supplier. I'm so pleased I've changed from Eon Next.
