I had ordered a hoodie for my daughter, but needed to return it. I returned via Royal Mail as advised and made sure I paid for signed for. I didn't receive any communication through the returns process. I checked the Royal Mail tracked and could see that it had been received and signed for 3 days after I had sent it. I contacted them through a contact form as there is no information on how to contact them( no email or contact number) and a week later received an email saying I would have a refund within 5 to 10 days. I found this shocking, at this point they had already received the parcel 3 weeks previous and it took me to get in contact to actually get the refund.

Visited the Rugby store for the 2nd time in one day. Jake was so helpful giving information on sofa's and also explaining the 5 yr furniture protection. In fact all staff at the Rugby store were so helpful.

Finally ordered my first popsy dress(or two). I really liked the idea that dresses ordered could have alterations done( I did not use this service). The fabric is so soft and dresses were do flattering. I also loved that there are pockets in the dresses. Delivery was quick( especially considering I placed an order over Christmas) My order was packaged well and I really liked that the dress label was pinned on, which adds an element of luxury. Before ordering my size I used the Popsy size guide,my order fitted perfectly.

The website was easy to move around. Easy to sell something. Communication given at each step.

Visited the Daventry store for the first time,with my children. It really did not live up to my expectations. We were left waiting to be seated, even though there was only another two people in the shop. I went and ordered the food and paid. I was then informed they didn't have some of the ice-cream and drinks we ordered,my son went to choose which ice-cream he wanted and had a choice of 2. Apparently due to the fact that the day before they had 17 people wanting ice-cream. I asked for a refund on one of the drinks as they had ran out and I was told that they could give me a refund but it would come out of the servers wages. Maybe if stock levels are checked before accepting and allowing an order to be paid for this would not be an issue. A refund was issued for two drinks rather than just one, which made me doubt the whole thing of' it comes out of our wages'. Also they kept offering me things for free, which I declined as I just wanted what I had paid for, very odd behaviour. The young girl making the orders was just slamming the orders down and glaring, possibly due to me complaining. Will definitely not be returning.

Ordered these for my son. He has said that they feel like he is wearing slippers, really comfy and they stop his foot slipping in his football boots. They arrived quicker than I expected and packaged well.

Parcel left on the door step. First I knew of delivery was when I checked my emails. Thankfully my parcel was still there when I got home.

Bought online, website easy to use and not fussy. Service is top class, arrived within a couple of days, disc of good condition considering its preowned and played as it should. Hours of fun had already.
