The order was for Adidas Predator League fold-over tongue firm ground football boots, size 6, in grey/black. Although the order was delivered, the boots I received are completely incorrect and do not match what I ordered. They also do not fit my son. The description on the box matches what I ordered unfortunately the contents of the box don't.
I raised this issue through the Contact Us page on your website on 24 December 2025, but I have received no response whatsoever, which is extremely disappointing.

I have emailed since and still had no response.

I am now £79.99 out of pocket for an item that is unusable.

**Avoid this company**

I have been in my property for about 3 years and initially have not been impressed with how my issues have been dealt with. I had come to the point where I had to escalate a complaint to the CEO due to lack of communication and works not being completed. However, after dealing with the new Customer Care Manager Nic, the communication has vastly improved and I am now confident of all of my outstanding works are almost complete. I want to thank Nic and her team for all of their efforts in finally dealing with my issues. I am very impressed.
