Absolutely appalling service, ordered some cycling overshoes for my wife for Christmas on 2nd Dec, size was wrong, no invoice in package for returns, emailed the company but no response, their telephone number 0800 197 2855 does not exist. Now I am stuck with some useless overshoes with no hope of a refund. After being asked for an order number today (14-01-2026) from Lovell Sports. I am unable to give the order number as there was no paperwork in with the goods.
After being told by Lovell Sports on 19th Jan that they would email me still nothing, today being 26th Jan !!!!!!! Apologies for last comment, just found email in junk box with a QR code to return boots.

I ordered some car parts on March 1st 2023, today is June 10th 2023, I have tried numerous times to track the item to no avail, Fruugo customer service is no help at all, the tracking system is all but useless, tried to get a refund from PayPal but get referred back to Fruugo. I am at the end my tether and my customer is getting irate because her car is off the road, I hope someone at Fruugo reads this review and contacts me.
