Ordered kids football boots
Ordered kids football boots. Trying to return. They say the returns form is issued with dispatch note, it was not. Only way to contact them to return is to complete a form that they haven’t provided or isn’t available on their website!!!. Contacted customer support 3 times via email, no response so not sure they are receiving them?
In my experience sportsdirect or prodirect are much easier sites to deal with so would avoid in future unless absolutely necessary.

Hello, Sorry for late reply. Please return the parcel using your own courier service. To help our returns department process it smoothly, make sure to include your order number, full name, delivery address and reason for returning inside the parcel.
It is very important that you keep the postal receipt with the tracking number. This will allow you to track the return online and serves as proof of postage in case it is needed.
