Appalling. Ordered black 100% teratec knee guards received Heather Grey.
Made contact and received message back couple days later asking for photos. Sent photos twice now and keep chasing for a response. No one is ever replying.
Wish id read the reviews for this business first before purchasing.

Further edit 03/02/26 Responded on 30/1 after providing proof of return stating to allow 2-3 days for an update. As of today 3/3 still no update or refund. It's coming Close to a month now since the initial problem of incorrect item was brought to your attention and the timeframe and customer experience is unacceptable

Incorrect item received. Ordered 100% Teratec Knee pads in black amd received Heather Grey.
Had exactly the same problem with sports direct. Seems to be a problem that no one can get to the bottom of.
Live chat function too long to respond and crashed on numerous occasions when trying to send photos.
Replacement ordered but not confident going to be correct again as 2 attempts of trying with sports direct and Evans Cycles being the same company
