After countless research

After countless research , I think I could have worked MI5 , I ordered the BCE 6ft Razor Folding Pool Table for our son's 16th Birthday .
He hasn't seen it yet but we've just unpacked it and it's very impressive for a pool table sub £400 . It's weighty , perfectly finished and worth every penny .
The company's website was easy to navigate , communication plentiful and the men who delivered it went above and beyond .
I know my son ( and my husband !!) will be over the moon and will no doubt provide hours of entertainment , competitive Dad and bonding time .

Do not give your money to these people.

Quality of products while being okay, customer service is absolutely terrible. If you have any problems whatsoever, they will fob you off even taking days and days and days to get back to you. A company that uses multiple names to do business should be avoided.

Im loving it

Easy to order. Had an offer on which i took advantage of. Delivery was within time stated. Delivery drivers were lovely and helpful and even tried to dry their feet coming into the house carrying all the bits as it was raining. It was very well packaged. Took me ages to unpack and a trip to the tip to get rid of all the packaging. Husband built the table up without any problems. After using it Husband and son found the items could be better, such as the dart board had staples in but that's what I ordered. Next time I need to spend more to get what they prefer but for now the dart board, pool table and table tennis are providing hours of fun each night for the price of a couple of family meals out.

The cue is CRAP

The cue is not perfectly straight and the cue tip is 8.5mm not 9.5mm as advertised and as I wanted.
Incredibly disappointed to see the cue and cue case covered in “made in china” stickers.
I thought I was paying for a cue made in the UK as the website indicates.
If I wanted a bent piece of bamboo cue I would’ve purchased from Temu.
Bitterly disappointed, I paid over $350.00 AUS for a piece of crap.
I would NOT recommend Riley Leisure to anyone.

All of our cues are designed in the UK. Our production cues are produced overseas to the highest standards. Whilst we have others cues that are custom designed and made in the UK to your specification. We offer something for all levels and budgets.

I'm afraid we don't have 8.5mm tips in our Snooker/8-ball pool cues range, these are all set between 9-10mm.

PURCHASED ITEM. DID NOT KNOW ONLY WAY THEY COMMUNICATE WAS ONLINE VIA A CHAT BOT. TRIED MANY TIMES. WROTE A MESSAGE BUT THE FUNCTION TO UPLOAD MY COMMENTS WAS NOT WORKING. EVENTUALLY OUT OF SHEER FRUSTRATION, STRESS AND EXHAUSTION. SENT THEM AN EMAIL REGARDING THIS. ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY HAVE (3) CHAT BOTS AND THEY COULD NOT SEE MY COMMENTS LISTED, IN ANY OF THEM. WHICH WAS A VERY STUPID RESPONSE. AS HOW COULD THEY SEE WHEN NOT THEIR CHAT BOT WAS NOT WORKING? HENCE EMAILING THEM. KEPT TELLING ME NO MESSAGES FROM WHERE THEY ARE DISPLAYED IN ANY (3) OF THEIR CHAT BOT. AGAIN. SOLE PURPOSE OF EMAILING INSTEAD. TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM MUST BE AT MY END. EVEN THOUGH PRIOR I HAD ANOTHER CHAT BOT CONVERSATION, DIFFERENT COMPANY WHICH WENT WELL. THERE STUPID ATTEMPT TRYING TO PROVE IT WAS AN ISSUE AT MY END NOT THEIRS TOTALLY BACKFIRED AS IT ONLY DISPLAYING A BROKEN IMAGE ICON. ASKED EXACTLY WHAT WAS MY ENQUIRY. EXPLAINED I WANTED TO EXCHANGE MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE WITH BUYING A BETTER CUE AND ADDITIONAL ITEMS. ONLY AT THAT POINT, KNOWING I WAS WANTING TO SPEND MORE MONEY WAS WHEN THAT THEY STARTED TO BE NICER AND ACT MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. ALSO STOPPED TELLING ME THE ISSUE WAS AT MY END. ONLY TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL BACK TO THE WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ON SO MANY LEVELS. TOOK OFFENSE FOR ME MENTIONING HOW I FELT MY EXPERIENCE HAD BEEN. STARTED TO CORRECT ME “THE CUSTOMER”, SAYING THAT THEY HAD BEEN PROFESSIONAL BEFORE I MENTIONED I WANTED TO SPEND SOME MORE MONEY. SURELY I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN EXPRESS HOW “I FEEL” WHICH IS NOT UP FOR DEBATE. TELLING ME AGAIN I WAS WRONG FOR FEELING THAT WAY. THAT THEY TOTALLY DISAGREED. SENT A VERY STROPY EMAIL. DENIED THEIR BEHAVIOUR AGAIN MENTIONED SENDING A RETURNS LABEL. GIVEN WHAT I HAD EXPERIENCED UP TO THAT POINT. WHICH WAS ALMOST MET WITH BOXING GLOVES AND DENYING THAT THEIR CHAT BOT WAS WORKING (EXACTLY LIKE THIS ONE IS NOW). I’M SO ANNOYED, THAT ITS NOT MADE CLEAR THAT YOU CANNOT GET TO SPEAK TO A ‘PERSON” UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. HAD OF KNOWN THAT FROM THE VERY START, I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE WITH THIS COMPANY. ADDITIONALLY, VERY LIMITED OTHER RELATED ITEMS. DO NOT PROVIDE AN ENGRAVING SERVICE, AS MOST - IF NOT ALL OTHER SIMILAR COMPANIES. I’D LOVE TO SEND THIS ITEM BACK FOR A FULL REFUND. YET ITS A VERY STRICT RULES FOR A REFUND (EG. TIP OF CUE HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED IN ANY CAPACITY). WHEREBY THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU THE MONEY YOU’VE PAID IN GOOD FAITH GIVEN THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM WAS CERTAINLY CONSISTENT. I DO NOT TRUST THEM. AND BELIEVE THEY WOULD USE (1) OF THE RULES OF REFUND TO DENY ME A FULL REFUND. YET IF I WAS TO SEND IT BACK AND IT GOT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WHICH IS A STRONG POSSIBILITY. I WOULD NOT GET SAID REFUND ALBEIT I HAVE NOT EVEN OPEN IT FROM ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. MANY SHOPS ARE ALL ONLINE NOWADAYS, BEING DISABLED/ HOUSEBOUND I’M AT THE COMPLETE MERCY OF THE COMPANY I’M DEALING WITH. GENUINELY BELIEVE GIVEN THE VERY CONTENTIOUS ATTITUDE THEY WOULD FIND ANY EXCUSE NOT TO REFUND ME. IF YOU HAVE AN ONLINE SERVICE ONLY YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE A SCREEN READING SERVICE AND/OR A DESCRIPTIVE LINK FOR THOSE THAT HAVE TROUBLE COMMUNICATING WHATS WRITTEN.
FOR PEOPLE WHO CANNOT READ FOR WHATEVER REASON. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE AND HOW THEY TREATED SOMEONE WHO EXPLAINED READING THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THE INFORMATION HENCE NEEDING EXTRA ASSISTANCE. BY EMAILING I HAVE TO ALSO WRITE BACK TO THEM AND ANOTHER THING EXPLAINED I WAS DYSLEXIC AND EMAILING IS EVEN HARDER THAN NAVIGATING THEIR WEBSITE. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE AND WOULD ALSO ENCOURAGE THEM NOT TO USE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE WHOLE TIME DEALING WITH THE INSANITY DID ACTUALLY MAKE ME ILL AND ENDED UP THROWING UP, WHEN TRYING TO DEAL WITH A PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM THEM. TOTALLY STUPID YOU CANNOT GET TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. CUTTING CORNERS, IN ADVANCE THEIR PROFIT MARGINS BY USING TECHNOLOGY ONLY AND ABOVE ALL OTHER WAYS TO COMMUNICATE. YET I AM
NOW STUCK WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND ANNOYED I HAVE PAID FOR SUCH A POOR AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. AVOID USING THEM LIKE THE PLAUGE.
