Great quality

We recently moved house and promised our grandson that, because we have more space, we would buy a pool table. We searched the internet looking for slate bed tables but couldn't decide on one. So as not to disappoint him, we saw the Riley 6ft Traditional Pool Table and plumped for that to put us on. I must say we are pleasantly surprised. My grandson hasn't seen it yet but his dad, uncle and grandad have already had hours of fun. No, it doesn't run as fast as a slate bed (so I'm told) but it is a table that I am happy to have in my home. I have no complaints at all with the quality. It also came with pool and snooker balls, table tennis top, bats and balls, 2 cues (not great but can't expect anything else for the money) and a bonus Ronnie O' Sullivan cue which is great.
All in all a worthy 10 stars. Would highly recommend.

Preferred method of posting

No problem using it at one of my two preferred drop offs. The other drop off was always full prior to Christmas, even though I tried morning and night.
Prefer using this method of posting as it's so easy.

Would always recommend Snapfish for photo gifts.

Ordered a photo book for my son and daughter-in-law of my grandson's second year. As always so pleased with it.
At the same time ordered 2 photo cushions 12" x 12" for my son who'd just lost his dog. When the cushions came I was disappointed by the finish on them. The bottom right hand corners on both cushions were stitched badly and the point was missing which looked odd. I phoned to complain and was able to change the size of the cushions to 18" x 18" as the ones I received were very small. Customer service was excellent and the reorder arrived within days, just before Christmas. I was so pleased with them.
Would certainly always recommend Snapfish for photo gifts. Their aftercare is brilliant.

'Definitely City' kids full kit not available

'Definitely City' kids full kit advertised, however, socks weren't available at the time. I ordered the top and shorts and expected to be able to order socks when they were re-stocked, however, I've been told they may not be getting any in. What use is the kit without the socks?
Customer service not really interested.

Disappointed

Further to my previous review. We were told that a new u-shaped fire pit set would be delivered, built up and the other set taken away. This didn't happen. Instead the second batch of furniture was delivered, left on the driveway and we were told another crew would be coming. They never arrived. We informed Maze of this. We, ourselves emptied the boxes we needed to and replaced our damaged pieces. On inspection these were also damaged with bent legs, same as previous pieces. We informed Maze who said we could reposition the legs, receive a small refund and the warranty would still stand. We accepted this because of the hassle, although once straightened we were aware there may be weakness in those legs because of the stress. We covered the boxes best we could and waited. Still no collection and, due to inclement weather the boxes were getting soaked. This continued for a couple of weeks. Maze were informed of our displeasure and the fact we needed the boxes off the drive on the Monday for work to be carried out. We were informed the collection would take place on the Tuesday, They never arrived. Delivery company got in touch to say they would now be with us on the Thursday. I waited in all day, missing out on taking our visiting grandson and family to the airport. Afternoon came and my husband had a text to say the delivery company weren't able to come due to inclement weather, and would be with us on the Friday. Informed Maze again of our displeasure. Friday came and the delivery company arrived but my husband was told they'd come to build the furniture up. Grrrr! My husband had to plead with them to take it away.

The set is now in situ and, at first glance, looks lovely. Having clipped the furniture together some of the pieces don't line up, however, cushions hide this. Other issues we have noticed are a looser weave on one of the pieces on the back, split rattan on a couple of the pieces and dirty cushions. Some of the cushions were in bags that had been resealed wth sellotape. This now leads us to believe that we have been sold a return.

So fed up now that we didn't just send the lot back and get a refund. Certainly not in our top ten of shopping experiences.

Great customer service

I contacted Billy about issues with furniture we have just received. Unfortunately the furniture didn't arrive in A1 condition.
Billy has been prompt in his reply to me and has promised to resolve the issue. Great customer service from him.

Would recommend without hesitation

Created a photo book of my grandson's first year for Christmas to give to his parents. This is the fourth book I've purchased which I've set out myself. I prefer to do this as opposed to letting Snapfish create it. I find it easy to do, although time consuming. I've bought prints, magnetic strips, coffee flasks and photo books. Although I would pay full price I've always managed to get the photo books when there's an offer on. I would recommend Snapfish without hesitation.

Please read small print when booking car hire.
On our recent trip to Spain we booked car hire for 6 days. After trawling through all the cars we purchased car hire with OK Mobility. According to description there was no deposit required, no mileage limit and full insurance was taken out. Great!
On landing in Spain and proceeding to the rental desk we were told that they required a deposit of €1,000 in case of damage. My husband explained we'd taken cover out through Ryanair but was told this wasn't adequate. Basically, if he wanted peace of mind he needed to buy their insurance of €180. Yet another added cost, plus we had to leave a deposit of €100 in case the fuel tank wasn't full on return.
Tried numerous times to contact Ryanair via chat and e-mail but response was nothing do with car hire. Very frustrating to say the least. Will not be hiring again.

Required heavier weights

Required weights for our recently fitted vertical blinds. Tried selling sites but the weights weren't heavy enough. Took 9 days to arrive by 2nd class post. Just what I was looking for. Company quickly responded to questions relating to my order. Would recommend.
