Order placed online during Xmas/New Year week. Originally received email to say item would be dispatched from 6th Jan. Received email 5th Jan saying it was dispatched and arriving 7th Jan. Morning of the 6th, received another email saying it would be delivered that morning. I mention this as I had a match Weds evening and thought it wouldn't arrive in time and to my surprise it did! So I was impressed with that aspect.

As for the item (cue & case), again, exceeded my expectations really. Turned out to be better than I was expecting and therefore I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.

Contacted store after Frankfurt Grand wenge chess set had disappeared from the online website. In our mail exchange it turned out there was a last set still available - which was promptly updated on the site. So checked out and set was delivered the next day! Fantastic!

The icing on the cake was that I also enquired about extra queens, which I was told would not be available for a while, however a few days later received a mail saying that 2 had been found and would be posted at no extra cost! Outstanding service. Many thanks - chess set is awesome, well pleased.
