Poor service all round. Very disappointed.

Placed my order at the beginning of July after a few previous late delivery issues with school trends thinking it would allow them extra time to process… here i am 8 weeks later with a child starting school next week with no school jumpers. Unfortunately for me school trends is the only supplier to my son’s school, but after yet another late delivery 4 years after my last issue with them I will be taking the logo to an embroidery company in future. Customer service is a farce and they have removed the option to call them. Turn around of 28 days and i have been waiting 50+ if you have the option, use brigade instead.
