I waited over 2 weeks for my oil to be delivered after the 'delivery due date'.
I made numerous phone calls to the customer services department and was told that a member of staff would get back to me with an update: which never came.
After 2 weeks of making numerous phone calls , I finally got through to a helpful assistant called Morgan Jones who resolved the problem immediately
which i am extremely grateful to her for.
I have been a customer of your company now for 5 years and am extremely disappointed of the way that this specific oil delivery was handled.
I have a busy work schedule and do not need to wasting hours on the phone waiting to be connected to an assistant and then waiting for an update which never comes.
