We were recommended Sevenoaks sound and vision by a neighbour . We know little about televisions but knew we needed to update our old TV . We had avoided making the change because we needed to rely on recommendations from sales people which we weren’t comfortable with.
We need not have worried . We never felt pressurised or intimidated . In fact on our first visit the salesperson didn’t ask our names or contact information having spent time with us explaining our options . We sent photos of the TV area in our home as requested and a detailed plan with options costed out was sent back by email . We made adjustments and returned to the shop to ask more questions and buy the TV. It arrived as scheduled and was expertly connected to our virgin cables . Although I wasn’t present , the salesperson spent over an hour sorting it out for us and ensuring my husband understood what to do.
And he did and it’s going very well . We are pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend the company .

I was disappointed with the time slot for delivery which was over 6 weeks away but went ahead with the order and the next day that changed to less than a week .

Delivery always great . I love the bird feeder starter kits . Going to older aunt and young grandchild for Christmas . Perfect presents.

I purchased a 6ft 6 folding pool table with table tennis top and dartboard .
Ordering was easy , communication excellent and delivery very efficient .
It is exceptionally heavy. It takes 2 people to assemble .
It deserves 5 stars except the assembly instructions were wrong . I messaged Riley’s ( it wasn’t easy to find the correct email address ) however I received a response immediately to say they would look into it. The following day I received an acknowledgment that the instructions were incorrect . An amended version was emailed to me . Slightly unhelpful because it needed us to trawl through the book to find the error. I messaged again asking them to be more explicit. The response arrived the next day and the assembly could be completed .
It is a very robust , attractive piece of equipment already in use and enjoyed by the family . Sadly we cannot fold it up to use the dartboard because the ceiling is too low but the sales pitch did highlight the need to check ceiling height. So our problem .

Good pre delivery communication , easy to change delivery date . I received a 3 hour time slot and also got a telephone call 30 mins before delivery .
The parcel was exceptionally heavy and the men delivering didn’t seem overly happy about delivering it but they managed to get it into the designated room without mishap .
An efficient, reliable service.

It is a great service. But I struggle sometimes with the technology . ( I am old!). It takes me a long time to get my card as I want it but the outcome is so good.

Great products and very personalised service .

Plants always as described . My only complaint is paying for postage . It stops me buying more plants through the year

Creams purchased after a positive review in The Times, delivery was good and communication excellent . Creams are well presented and feel good . It’s too early to say if they do what they claim to.

The booking process was quick , although I was rather overloaded with reminders.
I was a private patient and the cost was competitive .
The venue was a bit tatty but the receptionists were very efficient and although the appointment was slightly late it was conducted professionally and efficiently if not very personably .

Good local place to return parcels . My only concern is the expectation that us oldies know what to do and it did take me a while but I’ll know next time !

I have limited IT skills and struggled with downloading some photos . I also ended up duplicating 2 photos in the album because it didn’t hide those already used .
However the end product was very good . Great value, looks good and delivered quickly and on time .

Great value bike . Sturdy , easy to assemble -but it took at least an hour.
Perfect for my needs at home .
