The delivery men were on time - updated to an hour earlier than estimated on the tracker which was good for us. They phoned in arrival for exact directions and were helpful in delivering to the first floor via lift.

Very helpful sales staff who answered all my questions. I was unable to get any useful response using the Chat Line. If there had been the ability to speak to someone direct rather than by several emails it would have made it much easier to purchase the right equipment.

Arranging an engineer following boiler breakdown online was easy. A follow-up to that on B Gas chat line was also fairly straight forward. The lady on the chat line even phone me back due to concerns about our health and an engineer’s appointment was brought forward to the next day. The engineer was efficient and very helpful and arranged appointment for further necessary work to be carried.

Good service from Gear4music with goods arriving within the timescale initially advised. However the courier delivered the day after the courier themselves advised would be the delivery day.

Very efficient, helpfully engineer. Blockage in rainwater drain cleared in a very short time. However, the price of £170 for the time the job took is high considering 3 years ago the same job cost £90, even allowing for inflation. Will get other quotes next time.
