Just made two purchases last week.
All good service ,easy from veiwing on website to collection from store.Frendly service.Cannot fault them.

I was not sure if I was purchasing the correct item.Asked the question on line.Answer came back .I ordered the item it was here in 3 days ,packed well .Opened the package all was correct and already fitted .Also it contained 2 other small items that was part of a set I never expected. Would use them again.

Sammie was most helpful on our recent visit to Harvey Norman.
She was most patient whilst I was deciding which table lamps to purchase. A big thank you Sammie I love my table lamps 10./10.

Agree with other people , product good. Customer service terible. Give you a example phoned yestoday to ask for help 27th in que 1 hour I waited said they will sort.Not sorted phoned again 27th in the que again 1 hour I waited.Dont that just sum them up .Do they gain on phone calls.No More Orders.

Service was excellent, website was very clear and easy to veiw and select my objective.Ordering was easy and clear and put under no stress if you did not like what you had purchased. Down to a return form.

Easy to order,delivery service was exelent.Was kept informed on the progress of the order up to the delivery.

What a helpful team of people.
Being elderly and not very tech minded the gentleman I spoke to pointed me in the right direction with his easy to understand description of the products I was after. No pressure sales talk and not pushing the most expensive. Now it's my choice and will be back in touch with them when I have make my mind up.

The only criticism I have is at the Merryhill branch.when it comes to paying its very,very poor .Always long queues even when shop is not so busy.Staff always busy doing other things or talking.

I have purchased quite a few products from OnBuy and have found on all occasions it has been very easy and straightforward.Being a O A P you are sometime cautious of what you are doing but i feel very confident with this company.

Engineers very polite ,visited 3 times to sort the problem .waited in all day for the man to service the boiler never showed up rebooked for the following week.

Would recommend British Gas to everybody very,very professional.

We had a problem with our heating ,British gas came to our rescue .Excellent service , polite engineer most ,sorted our problem very quickly. Can only recommend British gas as a company ,i also like to say on other occasions when they have been it was rhe same service.

Ordered on line,goods came on time,good quality,no fuss easy too choose from there site.Exelent chooses.

Morrisons kingswinford in my opinion is the worst run suppermarket I have ever been too.Unhelpful staff ,the meat section looks as is it is thrown in the shelves, not looking good, ie the colour,unbelievable unclean dirty areas around the store and most of the staff have got a don't care altitude.Where are the Managers when you ask for one? when they had summer plants in, more was dead than alive and they was expensive ones as well .Roll on the take over.

I contacted CareCo today regarding a shower aid in the form of a support handle. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I have placed my order and look forward to receiving it.

trying for ever to contact various stores no answer or everybody is busy. I have recently visited Merry Hill Store, Dudley and shop was empty. Any ideas!!!!! as we are trying to spend more money

Today I have sold my car through We Buy Any Car using the Kingswinford branch. The whole experience was excellent. Upon arrival we were offered sanitising gel, gloves and masks.10/10 for that. Hardeep talked us through the process explaining everything thoroughly. 10/10 for that. We found Hardeep to be very courteous polite and knowledgeable.
