I've put in a few fairly large orders with Mighty Melee Games, and their service has been flawless.
They contacted me immediately to let me know of issues with a couple of items, and have always sorted things quickly.
The items are always well packed, and even special order items have been quickly dispatched.

The pool table I ordered was well packed, and quickly dispatched. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process.
The table itself is good quality for the price. It is heavy, but sturdy and looks nice, and been fun to play on.
I had one minor issue, with the wrong phone number being taken for the courier (my fault), but I emailed Rileys and it was updated immediately.
The customer service email is a little hard to find (it's not the one in the order confirmation email), but that minor niggle aside, I have had no problems with Riley Leisure, and would be happy to give them my business in the future.

Delivery was made on the day I requested and my new guitar and pedal were both very well packed and in pristine condition. Never had a bad experience shopping with GAK.

I have to admit I was a little wary about ordering from Gifts for Geeks due to the amount of negative reviews on here. However, I decided to give them a chance as they were the only place I found that had the now out-of-print Shadespire core set still in stock for a price that didn't break the bank.
Happy to report all went well! The item was despatched the day after ordering and arrived the next working day.
Would use this company again with no reservations.

I ordered a handheld from PRG in August and found the staff at PRG really honest and happy to help and answer any questions. They also allowed me to download their app and play games on my phone while i was waiting for my handheld to arrive.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to personal circumstances. PRG were completely understanding and refunded me immediately. There was an error with PayPal that meant I didn't receive the refund but after speaking to PRG again the matter was resolved in minutes.
A quality bunch of guys always ready to help. I hope to be able to re-order in the not too distant future and am happy to recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about ordering a retro gaming console.
