The service I received in your store…

The service I received in your store when I went to buy a new refrigerator was very good. The people who delivered the new refrigerator were very efficient. The only thing I am sorry about is that I needed to buy a new refrigerator due to the 'Moulinex MSTRR104WHA' refrigerator that I bought on 2 august 2019 developing a dangerous gas leak.

Not Receiving My REFUND

I bought a 600euro dryer from BCC.
I sent it back and want to buy a new one, but I am still waiting for my refund!!
After contacting them and sending them whatsup they say they do payments twice a week.
I have been waiting for a month with empty promises.

Do not buy from them!

Customer service doenst exist

Worse customer service I`ve ever seen. Very disappointed.
I bought monitor in September 2019, month after it got broken so I brought it to repair. In November it broke again, so I brought it again. in December it broke again.
When I brought monitor 3rd time (imagine how pissed I`m) they said that they didn't do anything during first two times because they didn`t see problem!!! and they didn't even inform me. They also asked me for the proof of the problem so I send them pictures.
Month after, in January (yeah, out of 4 month I used monitor for 8 weeks only) they returned me the monitor with replaced panel (Wow they found the problem). I come home but it has appeared that they forgot to put power cord to the box!
I found their phone, called and they asked me to come to the store so they can give me some replacement and what? I`m in the store and they say that they need to call to service center and service center will look for it. IF they find power cord(what if not) I need to go to store again. and they will not send it to me!
Summary, monitor is broken ( I still cant use it), power cord is lost, I went to store 8 times for past 4 month and already spend so much money that I could buy new monitor.

PS. just an update they never found cord and got back to me. dont deserve even 1 star.

Problem fixed

After my fridge get broken finally BCC decide to exchange it, was a long and stresfull process with customer service with a lot of communication issues between them, i write this new review and i give a 5 stars for the management because they decide that my problem dont't need to wait so long to be fixed! For customer service 1 star because in my opinion they didn't manage good the situation before and after management decide the exchange!
After all i am happy that i have a fridge in the house, i am aware that is not BCC fault that old one have a malfunction! I want to thank Delano from Team Klantenservice BCC because he was the only one from most of them who saw that in the system is an exchange, after another ones was not able to see this , just the old repair aplication!

Worst customer service ever!!!

Ordered a Nest thermostat from bol.com with these guys. It broke after 2 years while I was still under warranty. Sent it back to them and they sent it back to me without opening and checking the package. I've asked for a replacement and they told me they have the right to repair which takes 21 days. Made me wait 3 weeks during winter temperatures with no heat. After 1000 phone calls, they eventually agreed to refund me.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever, we ordered a washing machine couple of weeks ago, when they came for delivery yesterday in the early morning (8 am), they have not ring the bell and called me with no-ID caller, the call was disconnected as soon as I hit the answer. I could not call back the NO_ID caller, so I called the ever-lasting to answer customer service. They told me that they will send me a confirmation email to arrange another delivery for today, but I did not receive an email or call yesterday. Today, I called customer service, they told me that they dot have the washing machine available anymore because it is given to another person. The person on the phone did not tell me his full name and refuse to connect me to the manager. He was so impolite. I called several times the day after the day, they told each time that it is scheduled for the next day and they will send a confirmation by SMS by end of that day, but nothing happened and the story has been repeated so far, NEVER ORDER FROM BCC.

De slechtste klantenservice ooit, we hebben een paar weken geleden een wasmachine besteld, toen ze gisterenin de vroege ochtend (8 am) voor levering kwamen, hoefden ze niet aan te bellen en belden me met (geen ID-beller) , werd de verbinding verbroken zodra ik op de antwoordknop drukte. Ik kon de NO_ID-caaller niet terugbellen, dus belde ik de eeuwigdurende klantenservice. Ze vertelden me dat ze me een bevestigingsmail zullen sturen om een nieuwe levering voor vandaag te regelen, maar ik heb gisteren geen e-mail ontvangen of gebeld. Vandaag heb ik de klantenservice gebeld, ze vertelden me dat ze de wasmachine niet meer beschikbaar hebben omdat deze aan een andere persoon is gegeven. De persoon aan de telefoon heeft me zijn volledige naam niet verteld en weigert me met de manager te verbinden. Hij was zo onbeleefd. Ik heb de dag na de dag verschillende keren gebeld, ze vertelden elke keer dat het voor de volgende dag is gepland en ze zullen tegen het einde van die dag een bevestiging per sms sturen, maar er is niets gebeurd en het verhaal is tot nu toe herhaald, BESTEL NOOIT VAN BCC.

My order didnt arivved to me

12 Oct, I ordered from them latest Iphone 13 pro max 1TB ,in 1809€ ,on the second day I had to bring him ,I was waiting for the courier but no one brought my order,I was thinking that the courier might leave the parcel, the neighbors ,asked the neighbors and nothing has been received,filed in support of the October 15, explained the situation to which I replied that conduct the investigation with the delivery service ,which takes 5 working days and responded to me the next day and on 18 October,I waited the 5 days no one answered me ,wrote to them again and again no nothing not answered ,already on 27 October I was told that the delivery service they delivered it ,I again explain that I didn't get anything and maybe they lost it in stock ,I thought, on what to me two days later replied that want to help with my situation and that within two days I'll get an answer ,on October 31, I received another email that they will conduct another investigation which takes 5 business days ,I tszhe start to get nervous and I waited another 5 days and again, no one responded to my texts ,I wrote them on Whatsapp and any specific information that I was already November 16, wrote that the parcel was delivered correctly without weight loss ,although I didn't tell them that the parcel lost weight ,I told them I had not received so I contacted the police ,even though they knew that at the moment I'm not in the country and I'm a student who even do not know the language ,I explained that my parents pay for this order as pozharky me but they really don't care,guys I am no one returned my money back and I was left with no money and no phone ,and so they lie straight in the eye saying that I will answer to you within 5 days ,and no one is responsible ,and in General they are not up to your problems ,they do exactly what you paid them a lot of money for the goods they told me call the police,I create specific discomfort I then wrote about it again,and nobody responds ,ignoring me completely ,if you think to order something from them,think 3 times piped purchase ,I have a problem with them ,I don't know what to do next
