Problem fixed

After my fridge get broken finally BCC decide to exchange it, was a long and stresfull process with customer service with a lot of communication issues between them, i write this new review and i give a 5 stars for the management because they decide that my problem dont't need to wait so long to be fixed! For customer service 1 star because in my opinion they didn't manage good the situation before and after management decide the exchange!
After all i am happy that i have a fridge in the house, i am aware that is not BCC fault that old one have a malfunction! I want to thank Delano from Team Klantenservice BCC because he was the only one from most of them who saw that in the system is an exchange, after another ones was not able to see this , just the old repair aplication!
