international delivery problems
I really like how easy and convenient it is to create designs on LULU — the platform is user-friendly and everything works great up until the point of delivery.
I placed two international orders in May without tracking, and unfortunately neither of them arrived. One of them was refunded and resent by LULU after some time, and it turned out the package got stuck at customs. Without tracking, you basically have no chance of receiving your order if that happens.
Now, one of my packages is finally expected to arrive in a few days, but I’m honestly not sure if I want to risk placing the second order again. It’s frustrating that there’s even an option for international delivery without tracking if untracked packages just get stuck at customs and disappear.
Would love to see this improved — by making tracked shipping mandatory for international orders.
