international delivery problems

I really like how easy and convenient it is to create designs on LULU — the platform is user-friendly and everything works great up until the point of delivery.

I placed two international orders in May without tracking, and unfortunately neither of them arrived. One of them was refunded and resent by LULU after some time, and it turned out the package got stuck at customs. Without tracking, you basically have no chance of receiving your order if that happens.

Now, one of my packages is finally expected to arrive in a few days, but I’m honestly not sure if I want to risk placing the second order again. It’s frustrating that there’s even an option for international delivery without tracking if untracked packages just get stuck at customs and disappear.

Would love to see this improved — by making tracked shipping mandatory for international orders.

Regarding international shipping, please keep in mind that international mail and priority mail services can take up to 28 days to arrive due to transit and customs processing. If your order doesn’t arrive within that time frame, it may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of our support team. Just reach out to us via a support ticket, and we will be happy to help!

We do offer untracked shipping to keep costs lower for customers who prefer that option. When tracked shipping is available for your destination, it will appear as a choice during checkout. While tracked shipping usually costs a bit more, it generally provides better reliability and lets you monitor your package’s progress.

We understand how frustrating customs delays and other factors outside our control can be, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Customer service doenst exist

Worse customer service I`ve ever seen. Very disappointed.
I bought monitor in September 2019, month after it got broken so I brought it to repair. In November it broke again, so I brought it again. in December it broke again.
When I brought monitor 3rd time (imagine how pissed I`m) they said that they didn't do anything during first two times because they didn`t see problem!!! and they didn't even inform me. They also asked me for the proof of the problem so I send them pictures.
Month after, in January (yeah, out of 4 month I used monitor for 8 weeks only) they returned me the monitor with replaced panel (Wow they found the problem). I come home but it has appeared that they forgot to put power cord to the box!
I found their phone, called and they asked me to come to the store so they can give me some replacement and what? I`m in the store and they say that they need to call to service center and service center will look for it. IF they find power cord(what if not) I need to go to store again. and they will not send it to me!
Summary, monitor is broken ( I still cant use it), power cord is lost, I went to store 8 times for past 4 month and already spend so much money that I could buy new monitor.

PS. just an update they never found cord and got back to me. dont deserve even 1 star.

Good experience

Good experience. I made an order on Saturday evening and it was delivered to me on Monday morning, so super fast delivery. Free delivery when order is above 1000.
The prices are good but not the best. I could save around 50 Eur if order from different web shops. I wanted to use assembly service but in my opinion it is a bit expensive).
Finally, I would be happy if they give me any gift (even useless) or discount for next order;). Anyway, good experience for me (especially after CU). So 5/5

Terrible customer service

I placed an order on CU on Jan 12, the order was ready for shipment with a small delay (not a big deal) on Jan 21 and was supposed to be shipped to me on Jan 24.
Unfortunately, CU did a spelling mistake in my address and parcel was not delivered to me by DHL. Same day I did call to both DHL and CU. DHL said that they are ready to deliver package to me if CU send them correct address. I spoke with at least 6 different people in CU. Some said that they transferred info to DHL, another said that that it is impossible to do anything, third switch me to English speaking operator and disappeared.... Few days after I called to DHL and they said that the parcel is still in the warehouse in NL and they waiting for instruction from CU (nobody called them).
CU didn't reply to any of my emails so I have no idea whether my parcel will be delivered or will I get my money back (and when). I`m convinced that the problem could be solved easily but they don`t pay any attention to customers.

Update. I got my money back only 2 month after the problem. I think it really about the people. I called many times, but I guess only the last guy whom I spoke with done some job. Right after our conversation package was send back to Germany and money refund process was initiated.
