Customer service doenst exist
Worse customer service I`ve ever seen. Very disappointed.
I bought monitor in September 2019, month after it got broken so I brought it to repair. In November it broke again, so I brought it again. in December it broke again.
When I brought monitor 3rd time (imagine how pissed I`m) they said that they didn't do anything during first two times because they didn`t see problem!!! and they didn't even inform me. They also asked me for the proof of the problem so I send them pictures.
Month after, in January (yeah, out of 4 month I used monitor for 8 weeks only) they returned me the monitor with replaced panel (Wow they found the problem). I come home but it has appeared that they forgot to put power cord to the box!
I found their phone, called and they asked me to come to the store so they can give me some replacement and what? I`m in the store and they say that they need to call to service center and service center will look for it. IF they find power cord(what if not) I need to go to store again. and they will not send it to me!
Summary, monitor is broken ( I still cant use it), power cord is lost, I went to store 8 times for past 4 month and already spend so much money that I could buy new monitor.
PS. just an update they never found cord and got back to me. dont deserve even 1 star.
