Problem fixed

After my fridge get broken finally BCC decide to exchange it, was a long and stresfull process with customer service with a lot of communication issues between them, i write this new review and i give a 5 stars for the management because they decide that my problem dont't need to wait so long to be fixed! For customer service 1 star because in my opinion they didn't manage good the situation before and after management decide the exchange!
After all i am happy that i have a fridge in the house, i am aware that is not BCC fault that old one have a malfunction! I want to thank Delano from Team Klantenservice BCC because he was the only one from most of them who saw that in the system is an exchange, after another ones was not able to see this , just the old repair aplication!

Very disappointing

Hi, last year i bought a fridge from whirlpool (6th sense) and now is broke, doesn't cooling anymore, i try to call customer service already for 2 days and the phone doesn't work, on what up are different people who answering me randomly, i open a repair tiket on my BCC account i went in the shop they couldn't help me and they ask me to call whirlpool, i call whirlpool and they told me on 10 January ( more that one month) will be available a technician to repair! I mean this is unacceptable that i buy a product with a guarantee and you need to wait with no fridge for long time in a house with family and kids when the holidays are close by, first of all you should change this fridge cuz is not normal that get broken after one year, and if is fix how i will know if don't get broke again? You customer service doesn't exist and i don't see that anyone care about me, what i suppose to do? I am very upsed and this is last time when i buy something from BCC!

Trust company! I am very happy with them!

Well, i don't know why people give them just bad reviews,maybe just people who have something wrong with them account and they are not 100% clean ( no passaport, no documents to prove them account, something wrong). Me personal after i won 1000 euro i just send them for first time my documents and after one day was validate, and then after another day i had all my money in my account! Very fast! I like this company because is only one who give you multibonus on bet tiket and i like that! I play with them from 3 years and i am happy. I totaly recommend Expekt!

Well all nice at the beginning wooow…

Well all nice at the beginning wooow cool offert 45 credits for free...yeah well and then what? I book 2 times freezelap amsterdam and then they block me with "Unlock wellness experiences when you become a member" really???? Like this you want me to stay and pay 59 euro for classpass? I should book where i want when i use my credit, and first of all i am a member because you use my bank transaction and take money...and if i can book a lesson 2 times why you stop me to do it again ? You find the reason that i am not member....its kind of very untrust company...why i should use your app and pay if you already create a bad environment and stupid reasons...why you don't block from the beginning the lessons where is not allowed with trial version? Well for me its a big NO...and really i was very enthusiastic for the idea and the concept at the beginning and i probably pay for more credit if everithing was going right. Good luck, in this whay you will not have succes with your company, all my friends quit already same reasons
