Gorgeous dresses and super easy returns!!

Had such a great experience with Dressmezee - I hadn’t come across this company before but I will definitely be ordering from them again!! Ordered 5 dresses to choose from for my 30th birthday, they came super quickly and I struggled to pick a favourite! But once I had, I found it soooo easy to go on and return the other 4 for a full refund - just paid £3.65 for shipping and got my in post QR code and dropped them straight off! It’s actually made my day how easy it was and is a weight lifted off my shoulders now!! Really really happy

Sophie was amazing!

Sophie was really helpful, I accidentally forgot an item to submit as a return and she told me exactly what to do and when the refund hadn't appeared on my account she actioned this straight away for me! She was really kind, helpful and efficient!

Too short

shocking customer service

got a dress for my daughter for a family event and realised there is a fault with the zip. got in contact with them through email and was told to send proof of the fault. after sending multiple videos they kept requesting more and more to 'properly investigate the fault' although it was already clear the zipper got stuck at a certain area? was then sent an email where they explained that zips just get stuck sometimes and you need to pull it like that is not common sense? ended up getting nowhere with them and tried to request a replacement or return and just kept getting offered a partial refund of 20 percent to 'get it repaired'. i don't know how or where they think you can get a zipper replaced for less than 10 euro. very poor customer service and will not use this website again. this company would rather argue with you than respect their customers and fulfill their consumer rights.

I have now been told by the company that my review doesn't make any sense and to add more, so i will. the entire conversation with this company has been horrible and unproductive. i keep being told my complaint doesn't make sense, although i have provided multiple videos that had clearly shown my zipper got stuck. the zipper was faulty. it was faulty as it got stuck as a certain area let alone when there was any tension or resistance as there would be as you try on clothes or dresses,so when i tried it on the zipper got stuck and wouldn't go past that point as it was faulty. i tried to ask for a return or replacement and was told i could get 20 percent partial refund which was 8 euro. i was told this would cover the cost of a zipper replacement by a seamstress, which it does not.
i don't understand how i can get clearer on the issue but i recieved a faulty dress which didn't get fixed or resolved by this company, therefore their customer service is unhelpful and unreliable and i do not reccomened buying from them unless your 100 percent sure of the dress and trust that if there is a potential fault you can fix it yourself, cost free.

Good quality stunning dresses

Orded my daughter and beautiful pink sparkling dress. Was delivered in good time but was on the small side. I recommend getting a size up. I sent it back and had to re orded the next size up which was perfect . Wore for a wedding and couldnt be happier. Only down side for us is it takes up to 2 weeks for refund or exchange (which normally would be fine but we needed it in time for a wedding a week later) other than that we definitely will be ordering again when needed

Would not use company again

Ridiculous

I ordered my dress for next day delivery. They then responded to me at eight in the morning asking me to send ID verification in order to prove that it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. I had used my preferred name for the shipping name. It’s still included my first name but an alternate last name. The card I used to make the purchase had my legal last name on it they asked me to send ID proof that the card I used to purchase was me and I sent my provisional license that had the exact same first and last name as the card I used to make the purchase. They then told me that they weren’t able to go ahead with my order as my ID didn’t match the name given even though I know full well that it did. I then sent an email back basically stating how it was ridiculous and that the names did match and my preferred name on my delivery address should have nothing to do with whether I’m allowed to be sent a parcel or not when both of my legally binding documents meaning my cad details and my provisional driving license both match up with each other. They never replied to this and just sent me a survey to complete with my satisfaction of the customer service in which I rate one star. I spoke to the online chat before they declined my sale which said that my ID verification had in fact been approved. It is now the day before my event and I’m completely left with no dress absolutely pointless do not bother ordering from this company.

Very poor service

Very poor service. The company delivered my dress late. Because of the delay, I was not home for 14 days and returned the dress as soon as I got back. Since then, I’ve received no communication at all about my refund. There is no real customer service — you’re forced to deal with a bot that doesn’t resolve anything. At this point, I’m left chasing my own money, and it’s unacceptable. If this isn’t resolved soon, small claims court will be my next step. Overall, a very disappointing experience.They try to threaten with legal action ! Order at your own risk

Regarding your delivery, we understand how frustrating delays can be. This was investigated with the courier at the time it was raised and had been resolved when initially reported. Unfortunately, transit delays are beyond our direct control once a parcel has been dispatched, but we always aim to assist our customers wherever possible.

Once a return is received at our warehouse, our policy states that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed. We can confirm that your return was processed within this timeframe, and your refund was successfully issued. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear in your account. 🎀

Our Customer Service Team work through all enquiries in the order they are received. When multiple new enquiries are opened for the same issue, our AI agent may provide an automated response to acknowledge a new case. Once your enquiries were maintained in the queue, our team were able to respond directly and finalise your return as normal. ✨

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND! Premium prices - cheaply and poorly made dresses!! I bought a dress for my brother in laws wedding, the dress broke within the first hour due to the underwire bursting out and cutting me. There was no chance for me to change, leading to the underwire repeatedly cutting me on both sides of the dress. When i contacted Dressmezee they asked me to return the dress so they could examine it, which i didn’t feel comfortable doing without a returns being put in place. They are scammers and will never take any responsibility for their poorly made clothing, they will always blame the customer! I really don’t know how they have got away with it for so long!! I know this will be met with a silly reply from themselves pretending they care, but rest assured they do not and have taken my money (like a lot of the other reviews) and will not return it after their clothing caused me bodily harm! - UPDATE the brand tried to get this taken down for defamation but Trustpilot saw right through them and kept my review up!

I have several dresses from you, but won’t be shopping again

I have several dresses from you, and have earlier given a lot of very good reviews. Unfortunately the dress I got this time was not that good. I ordered before Black Friday to make sure that I had the dress before the holiday party in January, and the shipping was so good- even faster then normal. That means I paid full price for the dress. I wore it one time and now I can’t use it again. The dress I got have a brown corset with metal strings inside it. However, if you sit down and these bend - they stay this way leaving it to have a big bulk for ever. I can never use this dress again so I am very sad, because this dress was originally a show stopper. I really loved it. Hope that you will make changes in these material in the future so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
