I ordered a dress on 19th January and paid for next-day delivery as it was for my graduation. I was given a tracking number, but the courier later confirmed they never received the parcel.
After chasing updates for over 36 hours, I was told the package was “lost.” The only option offered was a replacement in a larger size, as my original dress was no longer available.
With my graduation now two days away, I’ve been forced to urgently look for another dress because of how poorly this was handled. I’m still waiting for a full refund, including the delivery fee, and hoping it’s processed in time so I can afford to buy another dress.
Extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company for time-sensitive orders.
