Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company.
Sent a dress back and reordered another size, (original was massive I didn’t bother trying to zip it) they are now saying they cannot issue a refund for the original dress because there is dotted stains in the lining of the dress, very very very conveniently dotted stains, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the dress unless
A) the stains were already there
B) the company themselves done it so they don’t have to refund me
They now have the audacity to charge me £5 for the return of the dress

Just to give a bit more insight, every item is carefully quality checked before it's sent out to make sure it meets our high standards for both condition and hygiene. If something is returned, it goes through the same inspection process to ensure it's still in a fully resellable condition, in line with our returns policy. This helps us keep things fair and consistent for all of our lovely customers 💕

Returned items must be free from signs of wear, including any marks or stains, and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We do our very best to catch any issues that might arise in transit, and all items are handled in monitored areas – our dispatch and returns stations are fully covered by CCTV to help us track how items are received and processed.

In this case, the staining unfortunately meant the dress didn’t meet our hygiene criteria for resale, so we weren’t able to approve a refund. Please rest assured there’s absolutely no reason we’d ever cause damage to an item — we’re a small team who genuinely want every customer to be happy with their experience, and we follow the same careful process with every return.

Of course, you're absolutely welcome to have the item sent back to you if you'd prefer and we’ll happily arrange that for you.
