got a dress for my daughter for a family event and realised there is a fault with the zip. got in contact with them through email and was told to send proof of the fault. after sending multiple videos they kept requesting more and more to 'properly investigate the fault' although it was already clear the zipper got stuck at a certain area? was then sent an email where they explained that zips just get stuck sometimes and you need to pull it like that is not common sense? ended up getting nowhere with them and tried to request a replacement or return and just kept getting offered a partial refund of 20 percent to 'get it repaired'. i don't know how or where they think you can get a zipper replaced for less than 10 euro. very poor customer service and will not use this website again. this company would rather argue with you than respect their customers and fulfill their consumer rights.
I have now been told by the company that my review doesn't make any sense and to add more, so i will. the entire conversation with this company has been horrible and unproductive. i keep being told my complaint doesn't make sense, although i have provided multiple videos that had clearly shown my zipper got stuck. the zipper was faulty. it was faulty as it got stuck as a certain area let alone when there was any tension or resistance as there would be as you try on clothes or dresses,so when i tried it on the zipper got stuck and wouldn't go past that point as it was faulty. i tried to ask for a return or replacement and was told i could get 20 percent partial refund which was 8 euro. i was told this would cover the cost of a zipper replacement by a seamstress, which it does not.
i don't understand how i can get clearer on the issue but i recieved a faulty dress which didn't get fixed or resolved by this company, therefore their customer service is unhelpful and unreliable and i do not reccomened buying from them unless your 100 percent sure of the dress and trust that if there is a potential fault you can fix it yourself, cost free.

Always happy with delivery. Delivery is fast and never an issues with any thing getting damaged. The only issue l would have is if you get wrong size or that, the returns is a bit of a problem. It not very handy to return items.
