Appalling services, terrible communication. The locker was 'not working' called multiple times, had my parcel redirected to another locker, has it been delievered? NO! It has been sat in the warehouse for over a week, with no update unless i am calling inpost. Completely ruined my birthday, as a single mum i just wanted to treat myself instead i've been filled with stress

I ordered a beautiful outfit for my engagement party. I had to return it as it was little too snug. I returned it the same day i got my parcel. I've requested an exchange, i have had no contact, i have tried talking through online chat and email and i have not heard anything. The outfit was beautiful but it's a shame i won't be able to wear it for my party
