Excellent customer service!
Every order arrives very quickly. I had an issue where Royal Mail lost my parcel, I contacted customer support and they had my issue resolved in 30 miniutes. They sent me out a new dress on next day delivery to make sure I get it in time. Amazing customer service by Emily!
