I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before ordering . I two dresses both of which were unworn with all of the tags still intact . They are refusing to refund me for one of the dresses claiming that it is stained and now they are trying to force me to pay additional money for them to return a damaged item to me which I did not damage nor want , or else they will keep the dress as well as my money.

When items are returned, they are carefully inspected again to confirm they are in a condition suitable for resale. Unfortunately, if an item shows visible signs of wear, staining, damage, or any other issues—such as evidence of improper care or handling—we are unable to offer a refund. In such cases, we provide customers with the option to have the item returned to them.

Please know that rejecting returns is never our preferred course of action. Our aim is always to issue refunds when items meet our clearly defined return criteria. Any decision to decline a refund is made carefully and based on transparent guidelines designed to ensure fairness for all customers and to maintain the quality of our products. 

While our team has shared photographic evidence of the concerns directly with you, we understand that this situation has been frustrating.
