Very poor service
Very poor service. The company delivered my dress late. Because of the delay, I was not home for 14 days and returned the dress as soon as I got back. Since then, I’ve received no communication at all about my refund. There is no real customer service — you’re forced to deal with a bot that doesn’t resolve anything. At this point, I’m left chasing my own money, and it’s unacceptable. If this isn’t resolved soon, small claims court will be my next step. Overall, a very disappointing experience.They try to threaten with legal action ! Order at your own risk
