Very poor service

Very poor service. The company delivered my dress late. Because of the delay, I was not home for 14 days and returned the dress as soon as I got back. Since then, I’ve received no communication at all about my refund. There is no real customer service — you’re forced to deal with a bot that doesn’t resolve anything. At this point, I’m left chasing my own money, and it’s unacceptable. If this isn’t resolved soon, small claims court will be my next step. Overall, a very disappointing experience.They try to threaten with legal action ! Order at your own risk

Regarding your delivery, we understand how frustrating delays can be. This was investigated with the courier at the time it was raised and had been resolved when initially reported. Unfortunately, transit delays are beyond our direct control once a parcel has been dispatched, but we always aim to assist our customers wherever possible.

Once a return is received at our warehouse, our policy states that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed. We can confirm that your return was processed within this timeframe, and your refund was successfully issued. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear in your account. 🎀

Our Customer Service Team work through all enquiries in the order they are received. When multiple new enquiries are opened for the same issue, our AI agent may provide an automated response to acknowledge a new case. Once your enquiries were maintained in the queue, our team were able to respond directly and finalise your return as normal. ✨
