I will never use this company again. The customer service has been awful. Have lost completely the price of a dress which I have returned. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please if you are in doubt please avoid! As per the comments below from the company I can assure everyone reading this that the dress returned was brand new and tried on only.

I have used this company for many years. However will never use them again and I really discourage you from ever using this company. I returned a parcel and around 20 emails later have been informed as they can’t locate it I won’t be getting a refund. I find this absolutely ridiculous and such poor customer service.
