I am beyond unhappy with Wren Kitchens. They promised 100% on-time delivery after it never turned up on the date it was expected to. Arrived 4 days late, costing me in lost income.
When they finally arrived, it was an absolute joke. The delivery team had no idea how to handle the items, crashing through the house and causing damage to my property, including taking a huge chunk out of one of my doors.
Complaining has been impossible. I emailed and got no reply. When I phoned, I was put on hold and then had the phone put down on me. When they finally did call back, they were completely unhelpful and showed zero interest in the damage to my home, acting like returning the delivery fee was "good enough." It is not.
Very poor service, unprofessional staff, and damaged goods. Think before ordering your kitchen through Wren.

It’s now been over 6 weeks and we are still waiting for our wardrobes to be completed. We have now called over 10 times to get a date to complete the wardrobes but still waiting to have date of completion. There is a sense of a zero care attitude from the staff. Empty promises throughout and a real lack of communication. Formal complaint to follow providing a timeline of the shocking level of service

Bought bedroom furniture and installation with Wren on 31st January 2026. The initial installation date was the week commencing the 6th April 2026. This was cancelled whilst finalising the design 5 weeks before the date (as part of their process). Had a second date of the 30th April… 3 months to deliver and build a wardrobe and 3 draw units. Delivery arrived on the 20th April as planned. The installation then cancelled and there is currently limited to no access through our hallway due furniture being stored there and them not wanting to deliver to the space we made available. The customer service from HQ is awful. Constantly fobbed off with no answers. Now being told can’t install till June/July?! Thats 6 months after the order was placed when we were informed they wanted to get the work done quickly. Would not recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience with the planning of our kitchen. We were delighted with the pre-install and all the other work we wanted and were looking forward to new kitchen.
The installation team came along with other tradesmen and the whole process was going really well, until we started to point out the snags and problems.
First of all the installer was too busy to return as he was too busy with all the other work Wren cram into their diary, when they did return, they only fixed half the problems. Then they just stopped responding to messages.
Got in touch with the Wren warranty team, who asked us on two occasions to set a time for video call, with neither happening and no further contact until I email in asking to make complaint.
Lots of reassuring messages, you mean a lot to us, your Wren journey is the most important thing…..once they have your £20k plus, they couldn’t care less and you’re left with a kitchen that’s filled with problems that no one is willing to fix or address….
We’re now at stage of having to consider a lawyer nearly 3 months after completion.

Great service by Wren. The guys who brought the bedroom furniture were excellent. Out of 3 companies in total who delivered various furniture to my house, they were the only one’s to wear protective boot covers as to not soil the new carpet. Well done Mitchell and Kieland .

Previously had two bedrooms fitted with Wren Wardrobes and had no issues unfortunately now the quality seems to have gone down drastically and is not good value for money at all. Half of the items came damaged and good luck speaking with someone in customer service no one answers the phones. I would not recommend at all look elsewhere.

I visited Stafford store for a larder cupboard already having a wren kitchen installed about 4 years ago,I decided to change my mind and have a larder as it would be bigger for my grocery’s I had a very good welcome and Andy made sure I got exactly what I was after. The pregnant lady that was working showed me what sort of cupboard I was actually going to get. They were all very knowledgeable in their job. They were all very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble no matter what I asked I was given an answer.

I phoned this morning to report I problem we had encountered. I spoke to Nicholas who handled my query and resolved it straight away. He’s was friendly and with seconds found my account even though I was at work and didn’t have my order number with me. He made everything easy for me and sorted it all in a few minutes with no stress at all. Thank you Nick for saving the day

Every team member I've spoken with has been so helpful, Luke in design, Bethanie and Richard customer service were brilliant and so helpful, the delivery guys couldn't of been better .
