Nicholas and Neil at Wren was very helpful.
Nicholas at Wren was very helpful sorting out my query today. Have nothing but praise for Wren, their service has been A* from start to finish. Neil in the showroom was amazing took so much time to ensure that everything went smoothly. Correspondence excellent and kept me updated with delivery times etc. Delivery men very courteous and careful with all new kitchen units etc. Nothing has been too much trouble. Finished kitchen looks amazing, lovely quality units. My kitchen fitter said he loves fitting Wren kitchens as they are so well made. Overall would highly recommend Wren.

T Platts kept us well informed of her arrival time, was punctual and courteous and, above, all was extremely professional in her approach to surveying our bedroom. T Platts listened to our requests, asked pertinent questions and took copious measurements

Resolution of complaint
We had an issue with colour match for replacement doors/fronts for our kitchen. Luke Grantham took immediate ownership of our complaint and consistently and patiently helped us achieve a satisfactory outcome. Luke is a real asset to the firm and we thank him sincerely!

Great experience all round
Couldn't fault wren at all, had a great experience from measuring up with Dom T who actually measured for my kitchen and them came back to measure my bedroom, and the design service from Louis over at the Altrincham depot, not pushy at all,no hard sales, just coffee and a laugh, everything went smooth would reccomend and already have used these guys again.

New Dream Kitchen
This is our second time to involve Wren Kitchens to help install our new kitchen on a different property. Amber, who is our designer was super friendly and very knowledgeable that it was so easy for us to say YES to the lay out and all the appliances we purchased. Not to mention the great deals that were available for us making the price very affordable. I just hope we didn't have to wait more than 2 months to get the orders in and for work to start. But as Amber pointed out, we just have to be patient as they are getting the right things and people to complete our dream kitchen. Can't wait!

Excellent, knowledgeable, dodged a bullet.
Richard T was very helpful and efficient. Due to his input, we have managed to reposition the power outlet for the built-in fridge-freezer with minimal re-work to the stud partitioning. Without his knowledge, and in the absence of electrical supply requirements/specifications from AEG or Wren, the power outlet would have been too far away for the power cord to reach.
